I have supported salvation army for many years but their thrift store is overpriced and the only time you can get anything on a semi decent deal is whenever it's 50% off other than that everything seems to be overpriced...

Store clean, nice folks, ok merch quality, prices sky high. Can’t get anything bought here. Last three visits…nothing. Off my list.

Pricing has gotten ridiculous at the one one in Independence on 23rd street. Prices are actually cheaper new at Walmart on a lot of items I checked recently. It has always been my go to place on most things I need, not anymore.
