Has anyone beside myself noticed that more items are discontinued in store but available online. It seems items are available, but because they no longer stock them in store, they can charge shipping as well as PROMOTE the plus membership for free shipping. Items I use to just get off the shelf, 6 months ago, now must be ordered from Sams's club.com and a shipping fee added. OH, but if you up grade to Plus Membership , $55 more so you can get items at the price you use to get them in store. Everytime I visit that store or go online I am pounded with Upgrading my membership. If what I have is no longer anygood then I'm thinking it's time to just stop all membership and more on.

One of the things I like about Sam's CLub isI having pizza lunch with yogurt. This is the worse snack bar.Behind in making pizza. Cold. Yogurt machine out. Slow service and unfriendly employees

Been a customer since the club was at 40 hwy & Noland. Went to buy filets at the meat counter today. I was ignored for 10 mins while the employees clowned in the back, No recognition at all. What happened? This used to be an asset to the store and now its an embarrassment. Employee dropped a whole beef loin on the floor and they all laughed. What the hell?

I had to search the entire town for T Shirt bags for my work. It seems like Sam's club are the only store that carries them. So that was an A plus for me.You have to have a member ship to shop there. I was a little bummed over that. But when I met Monique at the membership. She explained to me all the Benefit on getting an upgrade. "You want to get cash back when you shop?" " You want to get 5 % back on gas?" "You can use the card anywhere?" That right there I saw the bigger picture that will benefit me.Overall, Monique is pretty awesome. Sam's club has my Tires, My Groceries, my things I need work and my business.Thanks Monique!Abe

Usually I like this Sam's club but unfortunately was met with one of the rudest employees by far. She was very ignorant and was surprisingly also elderly. And decided to make a very discriminatory comment, about Mexican appearances. Quite interesting situation if we're being honest. Don't know why she's working at Sams club with such a bad attitude.

Not very good customer service. Even hostile at times. Would not recommend it. I used to prefer this location before, but lately..... I would rather go somewhere else.

worst customer service nobody iever answers the phone there is never people available at customer service to help you it's awful people pay to come shop here no ody on bakery ever answers they always make excuses you go to Costco they have dozen people at customer to help you staff available every where

Won't take care of car battery under warranty because they don't have available technician to test the battery for 2 hours! Battery and receipt in hand from exactly 2 years ago and it has a 3 year warranty... now wife will miss a day of work because Sams Club lack of customer service.

very helpful and today was for my covid-19 vaccination! Little bit of a wait due to the fact that it's the pharmacist that is initializing the shots, and she has prescription she has to approve before dispensing. other than that excellent service

I'm not a member and am glad. I'd be upset if I paid for a membership and received the customer service that I get here. There are plenty of people in need of a job and no reason to be operating like you're understaffed. By being a place to get the COVID shot, it would be a great way to increase membership, but the service makes that a MISSED opportunity. If I were the manager, I'd be upset about this. As a customer, I'll just save my money. The claims about social distancing enforcement are false, even in the pharmacy area. The staff there is overwhelmed period! Acceptable service level of customer service is not reached consistent. There's only one person providing decent care. Such a shame to have the ability to touch so many lives.

Absolutely pathetic! The ?doctor? told me my granddaughter needed to be referred to Children's Mercy for a brain scan following her eye exam. We chose instead to have her seen by an eye specialist in Columbia who reported the tests performed by the ?doctor? at Sam's Club were outdated and some should not have been done 3 times during the same visit.

Purchased prepackaged meat from this location yesterday for my Sunday dinner and of course you inspect the product as best you can since it's already packed and you can't see through the black bottom portion. Anyway I pull the meat today and begin my prep, only to get to the bottom and find two thick pieces of almost completely fat! I am completely disgusted; to create more weight using two massive (in comparison to the other cuts) pieces of fat is flat lying in to the customer. BUY YOUR MEAT ELSEWHERE! I attached pictures. The cooked portion is the first two layers that were visible inside the top of the clear packaging an
