All I can say is I LOVE LOVE SCRUB HUB ...its so inviting and everyone and I mean everyone is so very HELPFUL from the time u enter till you exit ...I mean you will be Satisfied thoroughly..I can't say enough great things my experience...so people will tell me o go here are there but you can beat the Customer service there!!!!

Each time that I have been to Scrub Hub I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. I recently shopped with Michelle helping me and I enjoyed the experience. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them!

Wow! This was such a great shopping experience. 10/10. I was greeted with a huge smile by Christine the second I walked in. As a first time healthcare worker she did a great job at explaining pros and cons of each brand as well as helping me choose a few pairs to try on. After trying on my choices I was then assisted by Karen. She informed me about another pair she thought I might like, and I absolutely loved them!! She ordered them for me without hesitation. These ladies were AMAZING!! Not only is there a huge selection of quality brands and great deals but the customer service was top notch. I feel so confident in the scrubs these ladies helped me picked out and I could not be happier. Super thankful for all of their help, highly recommend checking them out!

Scrub Hub is a phenomenal placeTo shop!! I absolutely loved everything about this store! 1) the service was excellence. Christine my sales clerk was outstanding, so helpful and so kind and thoughtful. 2) the selection absolutely incredible, with all sizes and colors. 3) the prices were amazing… not marked up prices. 4) and I loved the quality of clothing Scrub Hub is selling, not cheap stuff, but good quality that will last! 5)My experience today was absolutely amazing!! I wish all my friends in St Louis could shop at “Scrub Hub”Thank you Christine for such a fun day!

Go to SRCUBS & BEYOND and ask for James!!!!!!!! SRCUBS & BEYOND IS BETTER!!!Both of my experiences at scrub hub, I did not feel welcomed or like my business was wanted. The ladies in this store was not helpful at all. Even tho I couldn’t use my company credit allowance, I would have still been willing to buy my scrubs from there but their attitudes were as if they did not want to help me or want me in their store. Which made me feel like my business was unwanted. I was told by one of my co-workers that he had gotten his scrubs from there and used his company allowance and had no problem. But when I tried to go, not once but twice and both times they kept saying that my facility had not added me to the company allowance. Saying that my badge didn’t work. So I took my business to Scrubs & Beyond. At Scrubs & Beyond James was more than willing to help me, treat me with respect, and warm welcoming and after I left I felt good about my scrubs and purchase. I really wished that HCA would have chosen Scrubs &Beyond to assist their employees needs.

This place and the ladies that work here are awesome! I had never got scrubs before and they were so helpful, I was also there after closing time and they never made me feel like it was a problem. Super grateful this was the place my office picked for scrubs! thank you, thank you, thank you!

Me and my mother went in for some new scrubs today, Christine and Emaley were so helpful with everything! they helped us both pick out exactly what we wanted and were so lovely! highly recommend this store to anyone needing help finding what they like and what works best for them!

Just got back from shopping at Scrub Hub on 39th St. In Independence and it was awesome. Christine and Emily were very helpful and know their Scrubs. They presented a clean store, friendly environment, lots of merchandiseand great customer service. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.
