My stylist hannah was fantastic I haven't been to a sports clips in over a year because I followed a stylist elsewhere and she has cut my hair since but I needed in kind of short notice so I was recommended hannah, she did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and trimming my beard up and was super lively and kind the entire time, 100% recommend choosing her if you need a quick cut and beard trim and will definitely go back if my current stylist isn't available

I arrived at the Sports Clips shop about an hour after deciding to get in line on the site. Moments later, the manager called me for my turn. After a professional haircut, washout, and shoulder massage I walked out with yet another great treatment

It was great that it was so easy to make the appointment online and the people working there were pleasant and professional; however, their wait times were pretty high that weekend (which is expected with a nicer place). However, after waiting over an hour for a full haircut and style with hot towel and tipping extra when paying, our son was noticeably unhappy with his cut and style and went home and cut it himself. $40 to cut it himself….SMH. We were really hoping for more skilled service there than some of these other places…..more communication from the stylist (whom I don’t think we caught the name of) may have helped. They didn’t assure our satisfaction before we left but were in a hurry to get to other customers. We may try them once more. Maybe it’ll be different on a slower day. But we had high expectations that really weren’t met the first time. I’ll change my review if we try them again and that improves.

Hannah is the one! Best stylist ever. Shas has been making me look my best for about 18 yrs. She will make you feel like you are the most important customer of the week, she gets you in and out, but also is so good at listening to stories and share a funny or two about her wonderful family. Go see Hannah - you won't be disappointed.

Extremely recommend! Had serendipity that a randomly assigned truck driver came to my dock at work and had the haircut I dreamed of. They spoke highly of this location and the stylist Tiffany. Called in advance for her schedule to ensure availability. The price for an MVP selection was more than reasonable. Treat yourself! Also very inclusive, as a female presenting person wanting a male leaning haircut- I didn't have to defend myself or explain why. Tiff just went ham with excitement and I left beaming with confidence. :)
Stylist: Tiffany (Tiff) was just an absolute JOY to work with. Was very attentive and asked for imput frequently, including recommendations for places to get colour done and to donate the hair I had cut (14 inches worth).

I utilize this place often due to convenience and habit. My last cut was with a pregnant lady who literally spent the entire time (cut and wash) bad mouthing her previous "best friend" who was a prior store employee. Dude, I just wanted a haircut. I suppose I could've asked her to stop talking about it, but that seemed unwise in the moment. Today, I booked online. I got the text that my stylist was ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to see that my time was changed because someone called in and the staff who took the call added the two brothers in front of my time. Must've been a family friend, but greatly extended my wait time in the store. Maybe the other locations are a bit more professional?

This place has completely gone downhill since my lady left. I scheduled a time online, but when I got there my name was not on the board. In fact, there were no names on the board. There was nobody in the waiting area except for a mom waiting for one of the kids to get done. I got there 45 minutes before they closed and they said sorry they couldn't take me if I wasn't online booked. With two people working they had more than enough time to get me in. So I went next door to get a sandwich and got back in my car and during that time a person walked in at 6:41 and the same lady that said they couldn't do any more haircuts got him in. I find this to be very discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. Maybe customer service isn't her field of expertise. There are plenty of places that offer Great haircuts around town and sports clips just lost my business and including all the people I know.
