Amazing easy time figuring out a new phone for the 5g, my old one wasn't going to work. I have to say that I was lucky enough to be assisted a young lady named Laporsha, I can't say enough about how easy she made my transition, not only that but she took her time to find a better plan for me also. She went above and beyond and I thank her.

Broke my phone screen. Dropped it off and it was fixed good as new an hour later as promised! Staff and manager were extremely friendly and helpful. Won't go to any other store after today!

Came to the store to get my screen fixed because I have insurance on my phone, but they don't get parts for my phone. Instead of paying 30 dollars to fix my screen I'd have to pay 200 for a new phone. They couldn't even go in to my account to take insurance off. Why have the insurance they can't fix the screen. I guess they can only sell you phones and that's it. Don't go here if you have an issue. I will be leaving Sprint/T mobile once my phone is paid off after being a customer for 15 years.

What an awesome experience. My husband and I had previously gone to a different TMobile store and the associates created quite a mess of a phone situation. We were frustrated and not sure what to do so we came to this location. We are so glad we did!Ryan and Anthony worked with us until we found a solution. They stayed past closing time just to make sure we got what we needed and that our phones worked! They went above and beyond, wish we could give them 10 stars!

We were frustrated after making many calls to determine what to do about a damaged phone. We were informed we needed a repair center and the closest one to us didn't have the replacement screen necessary. We went to this location tonight and were super impressed with the friendliness of staff as well as how quickly the repair was made. Every single person in there were kind, patient and professional...we had the best customer service we've had in a long time.

Had a wonderful experience in this store today! Jay helped my family switch to spring with the current iPhone 11 deal they have going on. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient. The whole team of employees working today were so nice. They were joking around with each other and the customers. There was a very friendly environment in this store. I definitely coming here for all of your Sprint needs!

Came in with issues with my brand new phone not activating and my Apple Watch cell service had been turned off. The lady who helped me was amazing. She switched out a bad SIM card. She was very kind and was able to fix my phone and watch. I appreciate the nice fast service!

My phone had a cracked screen and of course it’s a holiday weekend. I use my phone primarily for work so it’s imperative that it works. I had such a great experience and service from a gentleman named Lief. He was courteous and beyond helpful. He went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate that. He is an absolute asset to Sprint. If there were more people out there like Lief (I may have spelled wrong) willing to go above and beyond, it would make life a whole lot better place!

I had gone to Sprint because I had fallen and injured my foot mind you it was difficult to walk and get it taken care of. Plus when I fell I broke my cell phone in the process... first time in my life ever..so I was dreading the process....I was pleasantly surprised and impressed!Lief- fixed my phone so quickly and had a great sense of humor stating “Just go ahead and take a seat. I’ll have this phone fixed before you make it to the door and walk back” I laughed and continued to giggle about it as I sat and waited. He was so helpful- he deserves a raise and praise!

When I went into the store I was quickly greeted by Todd. He connected me another employee Austin who was able to get me taken care of, providing me with the best bundle and rates for my business account. They were able to answer all of my questions and if they were not sure they reached out to someone who could. I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received. If you are looking to switch providers or are needing assistance with Sprint service , I highly encourage you to stop by this location.

The tech at this store was rude. He told me I could not get a loaner phone unless I upgraded to an Iphone 8. Then one of the sales person's told me they did not have any IPhone XR's or 11's in stock, when I inquired about them. I felt they were trying to strong arm me into buying an IPhone 8. I left their feeling stressed because I had no way to communicate with anyone. I felt they only wanted me to do an upgrade on my phone and because I did not, they did not care whether I had a phone or not. This store can use some lessons in customer service. I plan on leaving Sprint. I was totally Frustrated.

Horrible, I would not reccomend Sprint to anyone as phone service provider. 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, what a joke!
