ETA: Replying to the business’ reply. These weren’t external delays. These were internal delays caused by pharmacy staff and I attempted multiple times to resolve them directly by speaking to the staff and pharmacy manager personally, and could not get them to understand the basics of their jobs.
I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years for a maintenance prescription that I’ll be on my whole life. It may adjust, but it’s not going anywhere. The service their delivery driver provides was my sole reason for staying, until today. I was still considering giving them my business solely because of the driver’s patient care.
However, the office staff encountered an issue with refilling my prescription…a whole 2 weeks ago. They failed to call me so I could get things straightened out to get my medicine. When I called to follow up, thinking my refill should have been out by now, they had multiple excuses as to why they couldnt refill my medication, but none made sense. I expressed frustration with them. I stressed the importance of timely and accurate handling of patient care matters, because these things impact OUR lives more than theirs. I want them to treat it that way. But instead they fired me with no explanation. They simply “can’t refill my prescription anymore”.
I obviously wont be back to them, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody either. Years ago they were fantastic. But they aren’t the same Stadium Pharmacy I became a patient with originally.

If you are looking for something close to your hotel, comparable to CVS or Walgreen's, to pick up cold medicine, THIS IS NOT IT. It may be great for prescriptions, but it's definitely not a one-stop shop.

After over a year of using CVS and dealing with horrible service we started using Stadium Pharmacy. They go above and beyond to make sure we are informed, they are always courteous and professional. I wish we had switched to them sooner. We will never use another pharmacy.

They get to know your name. You are not going to be just an unknown number. You get good service for sure but the people make it a great place.

Besides offering competitive prices, the team at Stadium Pharmacy regularly go out of their way to provide me great service. I now live some distance from the pharmacy but they timely mail my medications to me. The advantage of this over other mail house pharmacies is that the pharmacist knows me and answers all questions and concerns. I am very cared for by their staff. Love them!

I have been with Stadium Pharmacy for years. Actually they have been my only pharmacy. Such a very friendly professional atmosphere. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions. They do all the work as far as getting a hold of my Dr. For refills. Always let me know if my insurance has given me a generic. Or any other questions I may have. My prescriptions are always ready. I am contacted when I have some ready for me. I truly appreciate all their awesome work. Thank you so much Stadium Pharmacy
