My Latin people, don't go to this store, the manager is a racist and the employees just left there super frustrated and the manager made fun of me in my face. He didn't solve the problem. This is the second time I've gone because the team has a “new” line. It is having problems they made me pay and pay money and this time they were asking me for more money it is simply a DISGUSTING STORE AND A DISGUSTING MANAGER

Employees hide out in the back room while people are stacked up waiting. Shift manager goes outside to smoke after employees asked him got help. Never come here worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Man I had the best experience at this t-mobile store, Jason Cruz was the person who helped me and if he isn't running that store, he ought to be, he went above and beyond, and this was after a horrible experience the night before at the 40 hwy. Location

I’ve been having an issue with my bill after getting a new phone at this location for about 3 weeks now. I spoke to 4 different people before Johnny, the assistant manager decided to take care of the issue himself & resolved it within 15 minutes. Thank you to Johnny.

Customer service at this location is horrible. They keep loyal customers waiting. 2 available employees, standing around doing nothing. Take people just walking in the door "for something easier than an upgrade.

So my phone speaker blew. I went in and the guy I talked to was very helpful and got me the best deal to replace my phone. He told me that it would take about three to four days for the phone to come in. Over a week went by and no text telling me my phone replacement had come in so I called to ask if this was usual and some rude guy answered. When he answered he didn't say hi you had reached T-Mobile I had to ask if I had reached T-Mobile. Then I asked him if it was usual that I had not gotten my text yet because the other guy told me it would be there in three to four days I would get the text. He then said well you know sometimes the phones get back ordered and if you have not gotten a text we do not have your phone yet we do not have it. Is there anything else. I said no that's it. As I was saying thanks he hung up on me. I still have not gotten my text that my phone has come in.

Grandmother lost her cell and we needed a new sim for her new phone. Occasionally there's a wait but when we went in we were immediately helped. The employee was really nice, like really nice, and did the whole sim card purchase and installment quickly. He was even kind enough to waive the 10 fee since we had been customers for a while. Definitely the easiest and quickest time I've had in a t mobile store.

I was trying to turn in a trade in phone that T-Mobile his could either be mailed in our returned to any store. The gentleman who waited on me said they wouldn't be able to take the trade in at the store but helped pack the phone securely into a box to mail it. I ended up mailing it, with the hope it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. I'm not sure why I got several texts from T-mobile saying the store would take it, though.

i give this T-moble a minus - 10 hacks they want your exchange and they want to sell you a phone that you dont need and or even want. to some, its all a hustle.. to others its a pay check only..
