My son recommended Patrick after my car started acting up. A friend had put a code reader on it and it came up as the catalytic converter. I told Patrick this. It ended up my catalytic converter was fine but the ignition modulator and coil pk were bad. Patrick is an honest mechanic. He could have charged me for both I know of places that would say they fixed the catalytic converter because I said there was a problem with it and then charge me for what was really wrong. I would definently recommend this automotive shop.

We had a great experience with this business and we have found our new mechanic!
We brought our vehicle in and they had it looked at very quickly. We appreciated the clear and honest communication. Repairs were done within a reasonable time and for a fair price. Would 100% recommend this shop to anyone.

Editing my review as my first impressions were amazing. They got me in quickly and was beyond friendly with each interaction but after 3 different repairs back to back my frustrations led me to taking it elsewhere...... which now is costing me about 1500 dollars for them to essentially correct what this place did not properly do to the front end of my car. Beyond frustrated at my significant debt that could have been avoided.
Adding in another.... this shop was asked to evaluate and repair an overheating issue. Paid twice for issue to be fixed....... after one tank of gas it is still leaking antifreeze and overheating.
This place is a JOKE. They just guess and cost you money.

My daughter was in an accident in front of this man’s building. After calling him he said his cameras worked and he would go back through the video for me. That night i called back and he seemed like this would take hours to do so. So I patiently waited for a week. No call. I called back and secretary was sweet but the owner got back to me and stated that he went through the video and they didn’t show the whole accident but he states it shows my daughter at fault. Asking again for camera footage. “I got a business to run, i went through it and i don’t have time to do it again”! I asked him why he wouldn’t have sent me what he had and he acts like he doesn’t owe me anything. Which he’s right. So here i am. If this was your daughter how would you like someone to act. How would you act? I would do what i could to help. Especially if im running a business. Go to these guys if you want, but the owner seems a little suspect. Why wouldn’t you wanna help someone out? Anyway, i would never go here due to the fact that my first interaction with them was less than helpful. You’re right sir you don’t owe me anything! Have a great day! I will never send anyone to this business

My Chevy cobalt had fuel issues, it was struggling couple days ago to the point where it wouldn’t start anymore. My dad and I were brainstorming trying to figure out what it is and got to the pinpoint problem. But had no tools or manpower to do the repair. I finally got it towed to Thomas Automotive. I got referred to them by my aunt who saw them driving one day on 24hwy. None of us had been there. But I went for it and gave them a shot. They got it in and told me it was the fuel pump and quoted me the price. It was reasonable than I thought it would be. They got it fixed in good timing. When I started it. It had a noise underneath that I know wasn’t there before, so I took it back. They believed it was my muffler but I was confused why would I be hearing the noise after fuel pump change? They took the time to get it lifted up and looked at again and found it was just my muffler heat shield that was loose and Patrick popped it right back in. I would recommend them. They did the job that was required. Price was fair. Honest. Open. Thank you. Will see you next time!
