This place can't diagnose obvious problems. Instead they'll waste your time, insurance's time, and blame someone else because their people aren't professional ase certified if they can't figure out something so simple. Ignorant employees don't belong in shops working on people's cars

Got an ID/OD inspection done here, they dated it wrong by 5years so it wasn't accepted at the DMV. Came back 30min before closing and it was locked up

The quality of work was fine and all, but $600 for a wheel bearing seemed a little steep to me. I get it, times are tough. What really irritated me was that Jim chose not to wear a mask with customers around. I thought this was a sign of disrespect to his customer base and inconsiderate of the situation we are in as a community. I will more than likely, not take my vehicles to TLC automotive.
