I got my nails done, and it didn't even last a day without chipping. I went to open the clasp on my bracelet. the one on my pinky, the paint just didn't stay.

They were short staffed and I didn't appreciate them working on my nails and 2 others at the same time. My nails didn't turn out that great.

Did okay on my toes but 25 for a kids pedicure (4 years old) seems a bit steep in my opinion. Also didn’t see them wipe anything down when customers were finished and didn’t wipe anything down before my pedicure, so yuck! Kept trying to push me getting my fingers done too, when I was obviously ready to go!

Went to spend some quality time with my girls. The staff was amazing! It was my teen girls first time doing a full set she loved it as well as my youngest. Definitely be going back. I recommend this place!

I came in for a full set with an inspiration photo of what I wanted. The tech tried 3 times and was no where near what I had asked for, so I pivoted and asked for something very simple. I got uneven, bumpy nails that cost $60 plus tip.

Oh yeah this is me and my son's first time there but, my son got his feet done. But hey these Top 10 nails are the best place, people are very sweet, care, respect and a lot of attention to their job. I like it. This is where I get my nails done every two or three weeks. Thank you so much.

Sadly I am now looking for a new salon. After 6 years of quality service both nails and waxing I won’t be back. Had my nails filled and painted 4 days ago. The day after I had to go back because the matte top coat was flaking off. Got it fixed and again today same issue. This all is because the technician who did my nails originally did not listen because she was too preoccupied. When I went back today they wanted to charge $30 to redo the color and fix the issue. This is after paying $65 for basic fill and color. Nothing special done to my nails. This service used to be $40 before new ownership. They have now lost $200 a month of my business.

Requested style: I wanted short athletic type nails and didn't get that. Prices were given but was charged more on different services. The lady who took my money was extremely rude. I pay for I want and if I am happy, I will tip, these people need to get their prices together. Also, they need to treat all customers like they appreciate them.

This is literally the worst place I have ever been to get anything down , i went to get my feet done which were 70 dollars by the way , the design on my tow big toes which were just two lines and 4 dots that were 5 dollars a piece , the main thing is that i got acrylic on my big toe and while she was cutting my cuticals she was cutting into my actual skin and i kept saying oww and that hurts and she just kept going deeper and harder , i got them done on monday and the pain started that night by wednsday i couldn’t even walk and i pressed down on the nail and puss came out i had to take the whole nail off and now my toe is cut up and red , and i have prom on Saturday
