No stars if I could. Paid for interior cleaning and wasn't done worth anything. This is the worst I ever seen things done. This is my last visit to Charlie's for sure. It's not worth coming here. Just go do it yourself or save for a real detail

I have been going to Charlie's and loved it, clearly had an off day but called and spoke with Blasé he was phenomenal. He took care of getting my truck clean and it couldn't have looked better!! Thanks so much for the great customer service!!

New. Off the main roadway. Didnt have to wait (yet) to get in and out. Cost is up to how long it takes for you to wash your car.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke and has gone downhill. Horrible interior cleaning and exterior cleaning. The girl that drove my SUV out sideswiped the blue pole and dented the whole right quarter panel. I now have blue paint and a dent in the right quarter panel. The manager shrugged it off like it was no big deal and took some solvent to wipe it off. Tried to downplay hoping I wouldn't see the dent and just leave. Incompetent employees that have no business driving vehicles out of the bay garage. Don't go here your vehicle will be damaged!!!

Everything was tokens which gobbled up more than we needed. Got a pocket full and don't live near there. That's $5 waste. Get a token change machine.

If you have a large size vehicle like a Sprinter, Connect, or Fiat this is the place. It is basic and doesn’t get in the way of what needs to be done. Perfect!
