I frequent this store often, and place online orders from time to time. Recently, the wait time for pick up has been ridiculous. The point of online pick up is for the convenience, the new employees are dropping the ball. After calling to confirm my parking space, 20 plus minutes later I had to go into the store. Only to find some young girl w no customers aimlessly walking around not behind the register. If the employees aren't going to bring the orders out, this service should not be offered.

I love TSC but this store in independence is the most unorganized and uncomfortable of them all with the most rude staff I have have ever met. I went to ask this lady a question and she gave the hand instead of saying just a second sir or acknowledging me in a more polite way. Maybe better customer service training would help. Will never visit this TSC again.

Hardest place to get propane from takes forever and they turn you down since you don’t by their bottles. Horrible place to get refills

I bought a brand new mower 12 HRS and Tractor supply RAN the mower WITHOUT OIL. I HAD TO BUY A BRAND NEW MOTOR FOR MY BRAND NEW LAWN MOWER. DONT BUY LAWN MOWERS FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY!

We shop here a lot. One of the things I love the most is that they are not constantly rearranging the store. While the products are changing from season to season they will be in the same area they were the year before. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I have never experienced a rude staff member here. They have a nice wide selection of products in store, and you can order additional products at the help desk in the center of the store. They are handicap accessible, without products piled in the isles. Oh, and you can bring your dog in.
