This is not a bank of the people. You’re charged for every little thing that happens.
You get your card number stolen &they will not print a new one but to get it quicker they penalize you 25$ to get a new card. We are going on vacation &now will have no way to access our money since the card won’t be her for 10 days.

The branch employees and service are excellent, but the bank's security system is flawed. They cancelled without notice a routine online transfer of $1000 to my credit union.

I like coming to this location for my banking and it’s all thanks to James amazing customer service, he was kind, understanding, and very high energy. I used to go to 40 hwy but people there were rude I’m glad I found this UMB!!

If I could give them zero stars I would they constantly steal my money and then charge me an over draft and the amount. I don’t have money to pay my bills because of this I talked to them and told them there was a error going on they blamed the company that was supposed to give me a refund witch I have had proof they didn’t take the refund back Umb sucks I would not recommend. They are at fault and they only care to help you if you are white. I owe for there mistake. I even gave them proof they did not care. Or to help me then they charge me an over draft fee I am definitely switching banks they also the manager named Alice R at Gudgell is very rude and the guy teller that works there also is rude. Every other month the eye steal from me and lie and say I go over draft when I have not and they know this. They tell me money is available for me to withdraw then I also go negative because it is t there i am done with this bank. Now I know what to do & who to complain about them to

Samantha made my day today! A great bank teller and made us feel like family. She checked off all my boxes when it comes to what I look for in a banking relationship. Proffesionalisim, respect, puntuality, speed, all the atributes a customer can ask for. 10 out of 10.
