Worst location by far. They were completely empty, not a customer in sight except one car in the drive thru, manager was sitting in her office and they can’t open a new account without an appointment. We were told to go to this location by Lee’s summit because they’re one of the slower locations. I have multiple commercial accounts and they’ve made their money off those, but I plan to take my business elsewhere. I’ve been separated from my ex-business partner over two years and I still receive debit cards in his name with my company on it. They insist he is not associated with any of the accounts yet this till happens. Commercial accounts beware. US Bank in general is a joke. Zero customer service!

Was wanting in drive thru waited half hour came inside and have to wait more now my deposit will not be posted today which is bull that older lady in drive thru is the slowest I have ever dealt with

Came in in December of 2023 to close my account and was told it was already closed either nothing owed. Come to find out over six months later, my account was charged off and fined over $11! Now it's on my credit report and I owe 4x as much. Disappointing!! Glad I'm not with US anymore.

They are seriously understaffed. I honestly don’t understand why anyone banks with US Bank. They are understaffed. They didn’t give me a receipt for a previous interaction and ran me through automated system after automated system until someone finally told me I had to go back to the location I was at previously. I’m waiting to meet with a banker while there’s a long line for the tellers.

Seriously there’s only one person that works at this bank. I stood and waited for a half an hour only to find out their fax machine didn’t work which is what I needed. When you got customers waiting come wait on them and do not make them wait like that for a half an hour

The new atms SUCK.They NEVER WORK!!!And they’re so hard to get to because my driver window is broken. I’ve never wanted to switch banks more and I’ve been with US for 11 years.The chiefs bank cards are looking awful nice.

Worst ATM ever It took multiple tries before it would actually take the money. The old ATM's were much better. These new one's are slow and hardly ever work right.

Unacceptable POOR customer service. Had to wait a very long time. I asked one of three people sitting at their desks if they could help. I was rudely told they could not help. They were just sitting. Very poor impression. I had to wait. I have banked here over 20 years I’ll be closing my account soon.

ATMs never work. Past few times Money cant be deposited and today both ATMs did not allow withdrawals

Lately they have the worst wait times ever. Always only one teller handling drive thru transactions.
