They do what needs to be done with little acknowledgement! Thank your carrier when you can.

Although Mark was helpful, his colleague who could not take 5-10 minutes to find the mail already pulled them to the side was not. I understand in the final hour it is hard to want to cross the finish line. In other markets its acceptable, in this hard to get government integrated position, it is not. I encourage you guys to step it up. Be better and treat the packages and time of others as you would yourself.

Does not believe in using a gps, instead would rather claim “there is no such address”

This has to be one of the worst post offices I've ever experienced. Living all over the country I've experienced a lot of them. This particular office has some of the laziest, most unprofessional, dishonest people I've experienced. I've had stolen packages, missing mail, and slow mail service. Nothing changes if you even complain about it.

Dropped off a package on the 7th and it's now the 19th and the package still says it is at the post office

My package said out for delivery and I have been home to receive it all day. Then I see a notification that the package can be picked up at the post office. No one ever came to my door and there is no special reason why it could not be delivered. I see that the mail person marked it as attempted and unable to be delivered. Why? I am in a house with no special codes or gates to prevent delivery. It did not need a signature. I feel like this is just laziness on the part of the mail person. This needs to be looked into. People expect their mail to be delivered without needing to go hunting it down and drive out of their way to get it themselves.
