I’ll back track to a couple days ago while picking up a router for internet I asked if they had extenders and was told no that I could just get another router and should be fine . Went home tried and I eventually called Verizon customer support (the lady was very informative about me being able to return to the Verizon store and being able to drop off the Verizon box that won’t work with an existing one, since I was told wrong information from employee justice on Wednesday) . Fast forward to today The employee justice I brought it back since the rep said I could and i stated that they informed me that what she told me is wrong well all she kept saying was idk and and just laughing the initial thing is understand from a stand point that she was saying I need to ship it myself but her attitude of laughing and making it seem like it was okay to do that with my daughter present it’s the accountability of just saying you know I’m sorry I was wrong but the fact that she wanted to be persistent just carrying herself unprofessionally . Felt offended from the moment of walking in I did call prior saying I was arriving and that they would would take care of it in store (which was really not ) I’ve been a Verizon customer for 10 years now and it’s just horrible customer service I’ll stick to the lees summit location on Chipman where when If I had something they were very friendly and professional. I will disclose I did ask for manager (Mike) business card or phone and she said didn’t have him them presently but gave me a crumbled sticky note with a number . For the prices we pay I expect one to carry themselves professional.
Having to update this now because look at a clown who wants to appear in my inbox .

Spent the last 3 weeks trying to get charges removed from my account for 2 tablets not removed when I returned the device in store. It took the 3rd visit with Luis to get that taken care of, Luis is a great employee, thank you for helping out.
