“Many of my family members, friends and myself have trusted Indep. Animal Hospital for many years to take care of our pets. I won't take my pets anywhere else because I trust the doctors. Their fees are reasonable as well. I do wish the office would accepy appointments. The wait time can vary from 20 mins to well over an hour so you must plan accordingly.”
“They were so nice. And sometimes it's hard to find cat lovers but walking in there they were so nice to Ms kitty treated her how I would want anyone to treat any animal. And very quick. I didn't have to wait at all.”

“Everyone at this clinic is amazingly kind and supportive. They have given me a lot of assistance over the phone when my cat was throwing up to know whether or not to bring him in. Also, I am someone who wants to be very clear on any questions I have, and the vet has always taken the time to answer anything I ask at a visit.”
“I would highly recommend Banfield pet hospital to anyone out there. Their paw plans are amazing and all the vets are warm and friendly, they take their time to get to know the animal before they treat the animal. I even had one of the vets with her first visit with my brownie, she got down on her hands and knees on the floor to look him straight in the eye to get to know him.”
“The vet tech and vet were wonderful. The front desk were friendly. Discharge paperwork and vaccination summary print outs at check out automatically would have been appreciated. Other than that, overall very happy and will be returning for additional care. The vet tech was great! She was knowledgeable, good at her job, kind and patient with my afraid pup, and hilarious! We bonded over her flip cellphone and growing up in the 90s. Thank you for making me and the dog comfortable! What I appreciated most is I wasn't pressured into further diagnostic testing or treatment and was provided with good info without guilt. Vet also made cost saving suggestions in the meantime. It felt like genuine good business practice.”
“I called 3 times yesterday with questions about my pug puppy. The staff discussed my issue, I could tell that because I talked to different people and they all were informed of my situation. They were all kind and understanding and gave me treatment options. The situation resolved itself but they definately helped me through it. Thank you.
This is my second experience with them. Her first puppy visit went well as well. It's wasn't crazy busy. There was plenty of staff. They were all happy and the whole staff came to see the pug puppy. It was fun and inviting. The vet was chill and knowledgeable. It seemed like the staff got along and enjoyed eachother and their job. Which is good because the vet can be pretty stressful.”
“Honestly, so kind. You can tell by their tone and their attentiveness that they just really care about animals. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!”
“I had an emergency two weeks ago when my dog ate a Brillo Pad whole. I took him to Dr. Bunch first thing that morning. She performed surgery in the afternoon to remove it. Dr. Bunch has the best bedside manner. The staff was also caring and concerned for my pup's well being. The cost was very affordable compared to the emergency vet visit the night before. I would highly recommend Dr. Bunch and the Animal Clinic of Susquehanna!”
