They are always very good about helping us navigate our pets' healths and how to treat their most recent acts of terror against themselves and us. “Our cat had surgery at another vetinarian facility and she was just not getting better, she continued to decline. We decided to take our poor baby to a new vet. We were lead to Old Town Vetenarian, through Google. The staff were so kind and worked so hard to try and help our kitty. Unfortunately, she was really ill, and was unable to recoup. They made her as comfortable as possible. They truly care about pets. They didn't know her long, but they treated her with such care and love. Thank you for taking such compassionate care of our Luci. You were such a blessing to us. And, you will be caring for our other pets from now on!”
“I was blown away by the kindness and care that we received. Everyone I encountered was SO nice and I could absolutely tell that they loved their jobs and cared for the animals. The Vet tech/assistant (I hate that I don't remember her name!) was SO lovely!! She cared for my puppy like I would, gave him so much love, helped me by holding him at checkout and bringing him to the car, she just did everything right! Thank you!! What I appreciated most was the love I could see for their jobs and the pets. Customer service is very hit or miss these days, but my whole experience here was positive and happy. I'm very impressed!”

Everyone was a very kind and helpful and they did not rush us. I highly recommend using this veterinarian service. I mean we could not have gotten better service at a very difficult time.”
