I came here to do a pre-travel Covid test and also pick up test kits. The pharmacy tech was very helpful, and she helped facilitate a prescription for a starter pack of monthly kits through my insurance (mine allowed 8 tests per month, which is the norm).The testing sign up process is a bit of a pain, but appointment availability was good here, and I didn’t find the process too painful overall. The test kits were ready pretty quickly. Overall the customer service is good, but the hours of operation are a bit limited.

Don't visit the pharmacy here on 23rd Street. The assistant is a bully and tries to intimidate people. She'll refuse to give you a booster shot if you stand up to her! She also likes to argue and it's obvious she doesn't need to be working in a people oriented place. I walked out not feeling warm and fuzzy. Waiting on a call back from the district office. Goodbye Walgreens.

Just no. Tried to refill my birth control there, the pharmacist that answered was EXTREMELY rude, and cut me off before I could finish my question.I didn’t have any rude tone on the phone, I was worried because I needed my prescription filled today, and could not wait another for health concerns.Heather was the pharmacy manager on duty that day. As someone who works at a pediatric hospital, you can’t talk/treat people like this.Very disorganized and sloppy. If you don’t like your job… how about get a new one. Quit making customers feel miserable and a bother because you’re miserable and unhappy. After I pickup my prescription today (since I called and had patience to get it pushed through) I’m transferring my prescription ASAP. I feel bad because there are so many elderly customers that go in there that might not know/be able to have a voice for themselves.

Thevstaff at this store are all half wit somple simion fat lazy and rude. Wont evef go there again. Could only do weatern union 1 time out of 5. Why even offer thevservice if you never Have thevfunds or the staff llack the mental capacity to do there end.or are to lazy.

Unbelievable.., Was in the area so thought I'd do some of the bargains that I've been doing all week in Blue Springs. Yes the product had to be modified as the shelf price was incorrect. To be told I'd need a rain check from the stores I'd prevybouht the sane items from with receipts to show is beyond unbelievable. You are losing customers fast

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to! Prescription wrong! Yelled at by the tech Teresa when I asked a question!!! As good as the pharmacist is at the Walgreens on Barry Rd, this one needs is horrible and needs to worry less about driving his Vette out front, more about his customers!!!!

This is a poorly run pharmacy. I’m not sure why they often cannot get a whole prescription filled. ( I really don’t know how that works but other pharmacies have pills so why don’t they?)The staff looks very unprofessional and acts like they are being bothered by having to provide any service. I’ve used this pharmacy for many years and finally I just had enough. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Worthless a** people who work here. I'm just standing here waiting for someone to help me with some pictures to print out and not one person comes by. I literally had to ask for someone to help me. Lazy a** employees.

Enjoy the people, overstocked shelves and variety. Most prescriptions and prescription plans are available. Less expensive than competition across the street. Love the sale Circulars! There are TWO! A weekly and monthly Look for both. Become a rewards member. Especially if you like to save money. Yes, you get the dreaded card and key chain card. However, as a redemption they store your phone number in the system. Glory, Glory. I have saved hundreds of dollars. No exaggeration. Takes some time but not with a lot with big point purchases. Walgreens has a nation wide computer system that allows you to get your medicine at any Walgreens.
