Other reviews are correct. Slow and very rude pharmacy staff. They act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. Lines long inside and drive through has ONE lane. Don't even bother using the drive through, but don't go inside and deal with the rude staff. Just avoid this and go to another pharmacy like Walmart or sams.

This pharmacy just never gets better. The lines are hideous and you will spend large chunks of your precious time waiting in them only to find out that that prescription they received 10 hours ago is still in the process. Can you guess what greets you when you come back to pick up? Why yes! It's that line you spent so much time getting to know earlier. Good luck!!

It’s seriously ridiculous that this store doesn’t open until nine! If I could give you NO stars, I would. The fact that most other CVS open at 8am and this No doesn’t open until 9am is very unprofessional and uncompromising for your customers.

Tested positive for covid, but needed a decongestant. Called to ask if I could come through drive thru and get over the counter decongestant. After being on hold for several minutes, the phone started ringing...and ringing... and ringing. It rang over 40 times. Finally someone picked up and promptly hung up. So I called back, again on hold for several minutes, while a recording told me how busy they were. Finally someone picked up...and hung up before I could say anything. Truly craptastic customer service and a real sense of screw-the-customer going on here. Wouldn't go here if my life depended on it. Go anywhere else.

Once again they are so short staffed that there is a long line…. After it takes forever to fill the prescriptions. If you don’t have a good manager, maybe it’s time to make some changes.

Horrible customer service from the "Pharmacist". Seemed too busy to help me, but did give me a minute of his precious time. I was trying to ask him about my insurance coverage, and he said I can have my medicine for $500 without explaining what was going on. Tried to talk to manager, she told me to call 1800walgreens then hung up on me.

Pretty alright. Looked like everyone had a mask on. All we got was some pictures and that's it. Plenty of parking and nice.

They screwed up my refills, so I was out my prescriptions for 2 months because I had to get back to the doctor to continue my original purrscriptions.
