Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I'm a mexican 19 yo girl and was getting racial profiled at this exact Walgreens. There were about 6 maybe 7 other people in the store and I'm ofc the only darker colored person and they wanna follow me like I'm doing something wrong. It was my 2 year anniversary with my person and Walgreens is the only store that had pretzel m and ms. do better. just because I'm Mexican doesn't mean I'm gonna steal stuff. its 2023. People don't understand how that makes someone feel. I am so sad and honestly so frustrated.

Before covid it was great, wait times were ok and it was even 24 hours. Now wait times are loooooooong. Will your pick up be ready? Probably not. Most likely a management problem as they probably don't want to spend the money to keep the staff from moving on to a place where they are more respected. All the staff I've delt with have looked overworked and overwhelmed with demand. Despite this they have always been as kind and helpful as they can be. Look elsewhere for a pharmacy.

Worst service from a pharmacy ever. Negligent on everyones part. Lack of follow through, lack or customer service lack of everything. I will NEVER have my prescription sent ro this location nor will I ever step foot in here again.

the pharmacy at this location should be shut down!!!! i have never seen a pharmacy so incompetent!!!! .... and if they answer your call..... it won't be before you have been placed on hold for an hour!!! the whole time you are waiting... you can hear them pick it up and put you back on hold again!!! it is so frustrating... its unexcusable the way they run that place!!! they no longer run on set hours either... its open and closed at random... due to staff problems!!! thats ok for a while... but after months... why still staff problems? hire more people.... because when your staff problem becomes my pharmacy problem.... then i will solve it...

If I could give negative stars I would. I have struggled to get my scripts for years. Being an optimist I keep waiting for competence. Still waiting. I do everything possible on the web. But it seems that anything out of spec requires a phone call. That would be fine if I didn't have to wait two (2) hours to engage an actual f'n person! Walgreens has accumulated so many fails I have no hope. PS. I would love to go somewhere else, but Cosentinos requires I use this shitty pharmacy.

Typically the pharmacists' here are very good! Today, 9/29/22 the pharmacist sucks! He's soooo slow. He said it would take 2 hours to fill my script. It has now been 3&1/2 hours. No script. He then made some strange comment about it being the last time they would fill for me. He refused to give a reason why. Both two techs and the pharmacist s scrutinizes my prescription as if I was a criminal. I've filled here for 10 years on purpose....to use a single pharmacy for all my prescriptions. Unless this pharmacist is just a temp. I'll be changing all that. Hate to say it, but he doesn't even speak clear English.

I’ve used them since before covid and they were great I could even call in prescribed meds to get refills. Since covid (2020), I’ve had to go back 3-5 times for meds that were finally ready and never called (basically driving back and forth). For medications that I or my son need I can no longer call in prescriptions and have never gotten a consistent answer. The lines are long no matter the time of day, and I’m tired of the multitude of excuses.

**Update...July, 2022. Never heard back from Walgreens HQ. Figured that would be the case. I've transferred all my scrips elsewhere....

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. If I could put a half star I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They don’t care about people trying to get medicine, they make no effort to help they’re customers. They’re always “short staffed” but they have between 5 and 7 people always working. They have given me the wrong MG in my prescription before. They have said they will fill my prescription and 3 hours later they hadn’t even started it. The call wait time will be over 45 min. And they might just hang up on you like they have done to me multiple times, to the point of having to driving to the store to just ask them to fill my prescription. IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDICATION THEN GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. This is the second time where our scripts were never filled or "lost" by the pharmacy and then get the run around on getting it filled. We are going to change all of our scripts to Hyvee and pay the extra money just so we don't go mentally insane shopping at your store. You just lost 2 loyal customers. Screw Walgreens.

Recording states pick- up avaliable in 30 min. Called they stated they were backed up would ready in 2 hours. Sent family to pick- up, NOT ready. Called back two hours later, still not ready. Just dont say it will be ready then not follow threw so frustrated. Especially dealing with meds.Never, EVER using them again.

I was very disappointed in Walgreens Pharmacy. I went there after work to get my medicine. The doctor from the ER had faxed over my prescriptions to them so I could go get them after work because it is supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy so yes I was very upset to get there after a long day at work to find out they was closed.
