Too busy to actually wait on customers in the pharmacy. Given a rude response from the pharmacy manager, Clair. Plenty of pharmacies in the area. Will never shop there again!

Went to call about photos that I left at Walgreens about 8 weeks ago and the store is closed. The phone transferred to the 23rd and Lees summit store. No one seems to know where my photos are or how I can find them. Called customer service and they were no help. Told me to wait for the store to open but she didn't know what city I was calling about. She didn't ask. I sent of 4 I got one back about 2 weeks ago but it was taking for every for them to come back. Now I will probably never get them back.

By far the worst Walgreens I've ever been to they had nothing I needed their shelves were bare and they didn't have enough help so everyone had to stand in line for what felt like forever I just ended up going down the street to CVS

The pharmacist is very rude. Inconsiderate does not care about anyone that’s sick and pain has no compassion for his customers. Walgreens need to do better with who they hire.. My doctor previously before I had an And talk to the pharmacist about not having proper medication‘s at this location that tall (Man) pharmacist with the short hair, is very rude. My doctor hates sending my prescriptions there.
I would no longer send my prescriptions to this location. Walgreens, You need to do better by the community in the customers that you are serving

The pharmacy is incompetent everyone in the pharmacy needs to be terminated immediately.
They can't keep track of people's prescriptions, they'll tell you they haven't received them from the doctor. So I called the doctor office in front of them. Someone here confirmed the refill. The look on these people faces is all you need to see they lady face was a look of busted.
I will no longer use wallgreens for anything.
This pharmacy needs to be permanently shut down before they kill someone.

The only word I can think to describe this store is "incompetent".
After the third month of fighting to get my medication from them, and having to come back over several days I finally asked why they don't have my medication in stock seeing as I get it every single month. I was informed that my medication was unusual so it would always need to be special ordered. However, I have the 5th most common disease in the United States, and I am on the two most common medications at the most common dosages. Either their management system for ordering medications is so messed up that they can't keep very common medications in stock, or they don't know that it is one of the most commonly prescribed medications, and by their admission, they don't know.
As I waited, an older man, who told them he was on his bicycle, was also having an issue with them. He had new insurance that covered his medication in full, but they ran his old medications and said they couldn't run the new insurance until it was paid. To "fix" the situation, they suggested they transfer his script to a competitor, CVS, and made this guy ride out in the heat to a CVS.
After that, even though they were supposed to have ordered my meds in twice already, they were short having enough to fill my script. So I had my scrips transferred to the CVS thye sent the older gentleman to.
While I waited at the CVS, the older gentleman came in, and I was heard his situation get worse. The CVS pharmacist had to walk the Walgreens tech through canceling the order in their system so they could run the insurance correctly, at which point, they refused to transfer his prescription and made him cycle back to this location.
Apparently it is common for them to dump their mistakes on this CVS and have them fix it. Avoid this location.

This store is a joke. Eventide I go there to use western union. It never works or there is no drawer in the register it's always stupid excuses when in reality they are just lazy as hell.and three times now they have accused me of stealing but when asked wha was I.my pockets I showed them I had nothing but still got kicked out. If u have other options use them don't go to That walgreens

Came in to use ATM had to walk around counter to get to it went to see if soda was on sale because I always do that but they were out of Diet Mtn Dew used ATM then quickly looked at a Mahomes magazine and left as I got to my car the lady hollered from the door Maim did you just walk out with that magazine I turned around said no, and let her have apiece of how wrong she was so yea that was really messed up this is my hometown walgreen I go in all the time.

I recommend you to not let them take care of your prescriptions they have no empathy towards customers they lacked my care even though my health care team confirmed they sent the information they refused to refill my meds and on top of that with my own eyes refused to refill a diabetic insulin to me that’s poor service and sickening. I almost wanted to pay out of my pocket to make them work

I paid for a rapid covid/flu test panel, the results were supposed to take 15 minutes. it took over an hour and all the tests all came nack negative. I was really ill, i went to urgent care a couple hours later, i was positive for flu. A total waste of time and money. I doubt they even actually read my test

I received a prescription that was damaged in shipping. The pharmacist told me that it wasn't her problem and refused to replace it.The reason why I started having my prescriptions shipped is because of their lack of customer service. I transferred to another pharmacy, so that problem's solved.These people are so simple minded that they can't understand they're being replaced by machines for this exact reason. Nobody wants to deal with them and their miserable attitudes.
