2 incompetent employees, reminded us like old Walmart employees. Need better customer service, long lines, not able to answer cosmetic questions at counter. Customers walking store in oversized clothes, stealing items off shelves, only 2 employees. Large women slow moving y cannot handle film area. Fist time I have seen here. The small woman, also works in pharmacy with no pharmacy credentials or education . This place needs state review!! No manager onsite! Horrible customer service!!

DONT AND I REPEAT DONT WORK HERE this company will not only mess up your enrollment to were you arent getting paid at all for legitimate almost 3 months but also have the audacity to somehow say YOU and I repeat YOU owe them money like that makes any sense the person I know who's going through it I strongly recommended them getting a lawyer obviously

Never had a problem with the pharmacy here until my last trip on saturday there was a new girl never seen her before very rude she refused to give me my medication untill she talked to my dr i had to make three trips there while being sick last time i knew a pharmacist could not override a dr on a medication it took my husband to go to the dr and have him call her to be able to get my medication started tring to get it at 11 did not have it in hand till 6 thirty and a manager had to make them fill it because they then said they were closed

The only reason they get one start is because you can't pick no stars. Pharmacy is awful for there 1st thing Monday morning, 9am the woman who waited on me was cranky complaining to her co workers just in a mood, no customer service skills at all I have meficade and she told me they don't except my insurance and to go to CVS!!! So after I went to CVS and then got home and called Walgreens to find out why they don't accept Medicaid and to complain about the green haired woman who waited on me she was really rude didn't tell me it was her I was talking to and I eventually ended up hanging up. Not my 1st bad experience worth a Walgreens, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Made appointment to get Covid test. When I got there and answered all their questions. Sorry we do not have any covid test. Really?! Why did it let me make an appointment? Went to CVS at the last in the minute. The Clinic got me right in. Was in and out of CVS in 40 minutes and that included waiting on a prescription. No more Walgreens for me

Horribly inefficient pharmacy. If your prescription is ready, they make you wait for people who don't have it together, like being at the DMV. They also misplace my prescription and have to look for it even though it's ready.

I came a little before 2:00 to pick up my dying kittens medication and they said they couldn’t give it to me until after lunch. I had to sit in the parking lot and watch every pharmacy employee smoke a cigarette. I would give zero stars if I could. Preston in particular was the worst pharmacist I’ve ever met. Only Walmart pharmacy from here on out. (P.s That kitten died)

If you enjoy being in line for your medications for 30+ minutes, then this is the pharmacy for you! Don't try to call them either. They also take way too long to fill medications, especially if they need to approve your refill with your doctor. I've now been without one of my meds for a week and am having very bad withdrawal symptoms, to the point I had to call an ambulance. Absolutely ridiculous. I've called my doctor and this Walgreens still hasn't even started to fill my medication. DO NOT GO HERE.
