If they were more concerned about customer service than assets protection they'd be...well they'd be Target I guess...

I love ordering groceries online and using the pickup option. It's easy to spend the minimum order of $35. It saves time, helps stay on budget, and avoids my dealing with the crowds. The clerks that deliver are pleasant and work quickly. No other way to shop!

Don't apply for this Walmart. Their HR department sucks at getting in touch with their applicants, even if you go in person.

I hate this Walmart. They so racist and it’s ridiculous. Every time I come in it’s always one of these employees acting wishy-washy especially the one at the money center.

I shouldn't go there. Over charged again. I try to watch but missed the $9.98 socks that were in the box marked $5.50. Bought 2 so they owe me $10.
They should be sued. They are making so much money over charging us. Today bought a rotisserie chicken for $2.39. Was charged full price

This Walmart used to do things like discount their 1- or 2-day-old rotisserie chickens. But they don't do that anymore. A deli worker recently told me that, "The computer no longer allows us to mark the chicken down." Hmm. But evidently "The computer" is fine with you selling 5- and 6-day-old rotisserie chickens at full price, even far beyond their "best buy" dates! GROSS!!!
(These photos taken this morning, Tuesday, Sept. 3rd.)
UPDATE: Oct. 1st-- still hawking those 5-day-old rotisserie chickens! (new pics)

Was doing my weekly grocery shopping. Was in potatoe chip ailes. The chips I was looking for was only on top shelf. There was a walmart worker standing at end. Her name was Madison. I asked her for help in obtaining a bag of chips. She responded with the top shelf was the stocking shelf. She stated she could not help me. I asked her to get someone that could help. She stated she did not have a walkie talkie. At no point did she even try to assist me. When I asked her name and told her that I would get a manager to help she started being rude. I just started walking away. A customer rounded the corner and she started complaining to her about me. I stopped and told her it was inappropriate to complain to another shopper when she should be giving customer service. At that point I did sound rude out of frustration. The lady she was complaining to said I should not be rude as Madison walked away with a little grin on her face as she walked past me. I said nothing further and continued shopping. My brother in law went to find someone to help. Another employee went on the next ailse and obtain the rolling ladder and got the chips down. He explained to her our experience with Madison. As I continued to shop, I thought...I spend anywhere from $300 - $500 weekly in this store. Walmart was one of my first jobs back in the day and you were trained to assist a customer in any way possible. Obviously, Walmart employees are not receiving or they are ignoring the training for customer service. This store has been declining for a while now...not having items in stock, etc. Now i will add rude employee to the list. I think I am going to look at other grocery stores in the area. I am sure there will be a couple where customer service is a priority.
