Sunday is oh so very busy. The check-out takes a really long time after having been changed again. The exiting of the parking lot is a nightmare. Timing of the lights need to be professionally set for a safer and quicker exit.

Attempted to purchase paint, want black paint, asked multiple workers for assistance with getting paint mixed over about a 10 minute period. I gave up. I left my whole cart full of items sitting there and walked out. Won't be returning to this location. Will make the drive to a Walmart further out so I can have real customer service.

Absolute garbage. I drive for spark and uber. We try and deliver your orders promptly but this location chooses to have us wait for over an hour for something that should be ready to wheel out to us. They ignore us and do not care. As a spark driver I refuse to drive for this Walmart ever again. I’ve lost my own money waiting on orders for them to tell me I’m not checked in… but they walk past you sitting in the spots for an hour. What!? Management is a joke.

The people and the managers are rude they could care less whether you're there or not they have very little handicap parking for the amount of volume they have in their stores so be prepared to walk a long ways

Under new management for 3 months now, so let’s see if things improve. This Independence Walmart needs a serious overhaul. I’m not talking about rearranging the store. Check out other Walmart superstores and you will have much more variety to choose from, better produce and stocked shelves. The Christmas department has been the same tired worn out crap for at least a decade now. Every week shopping will force you to have to go to other stores to find what you are looking for because lack of supply and selection. The days of going to this store and getting everything on your list are a thing of the past. Very poor selection, same old stuff, unhappy disgruntled employees, poor parking. I can’t think of anything positive to say about this store except the location in proximity to where I live. I’m going to shop at another location. Moving your merchandise around does not fix what’s wrong with this store. I absolutely dread going there. They keep the same old merchandise on the shelves for years in an effort to try and push it off on the consumer. This store needs serious help. Why not just go to a different Walmart instead of this one and get everything on your list and fresh produce and better meat selection, and a variety to choose from??!! You can watch Online videos showing what consumers across the country bought at their local Walmart, so you go to this location and true to this Walmarts form, nope can’t get it at this store! The employee moral is awful, and that reflects on the management. Time to go to another Walmart even if it’s a longer drive. At least I can get everything on my list on my first trip and it’s better quality! If the management has such a low opinion of their employees then you can bet that’s how they feel about the consumer. Forcing consumers to have to accept low expectations and substitutions have become the norm at this location. What good is handicap parking when it’s so far from the door and not enough spaces for the handicapped and disabled. Just an awful Walmart. Needs to have a complete overhaul of those in charge of merchandising!

Stop ringing my doorbell when I choose leave delivery at door! Bring back 24 hour shopping! You need to make more doughnuts and stop showing them as available to get delivered. I have a count of how many delivery orders I ordered doughnuts and didn't get any. Even my substitute choice.... I've been given a promo code for $10 because of the same issue. Are you going to keep doing that or make more available during delivery hours!!?
