Xcel Pet Spa is a groomer in the Independence area. The establishment is totally open, so you can see the groomers working right in front of you. The staff is nice, professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. They provide good service and are friendly folks. The place is a clean establishment and is reasonably priced. They do a good job and always make the dogs look absolutely perfect, handsome, fluffy, fresh, and fabulous. The dogs come back happy, comfortable, and smelling great. They also shed less and go home with an adorable bandana. Owners receive a cute photo of their pup once they are done. Many customers report having found their new groomer after bad experiences elsewhere and are happy to support this local small business. They plan to continue visiting and would recommend anybody to go there, as they will be very happy they did.

Been taking our babies to this groomer for several years now and have never had a bad experience had one experience, but it was my fault. I’d rather her in a day that she wasn’t booked for, but they took her and it was my bad so I gave them an A+ several times over.
