“I lived at Pear Tree for nearly 6 years and I could not have asked for a better apartment complex! My apartment was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... very hard to find for the price in the Cape area! The location is quiet but also a short distance to anything you could need. The complex is extremely well maintained and the Rhodes Group staff was phenomenal and so helpful if I ever needed anything. I never had problems with neighbors or their guests. I have since moved to Texas but I will truly miss Pear Tree!”

“I have rented from them for many years. They are one of the few apartment management companies that have full time staff so you can always get in touch with them, even after hours. They are professional and actually take time to listen to me when I have a concern.
My apartment is my home. Even during the pandemic they managed to take care of my maintenace requests in a timely manner and handle my rent payments safely. There was another renter that had Covid and recently used the laundry room. Within hours of it being reported to them they notified all of the other residents and sanitized the laundry area. It’s reassuring to know that really care about my safety.
I can’t imagine renting from anyone else.”
