I placed an order to pickup a new iPhone because I was wanting to switch over to AT&T from my current carrier that I have. I was wanting to avoid the several hour long situation that comes with purchasing a phone in store. I was notified that my order had been cancelled so I called the store and was told to come in. Brandon truly went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and tried his hardest to help me walk out of the store with a phone. I had to verify my identity on the phone and was approved for the phone that I was wanting. After getting off the phone we realized that my SIM card had a password on it and we had to call back to verify my identity again and get re-approved. For one reason or another, the 2nd person who answered the phone decided to not approve me to get my phone. I’m not sure what could have changed, but it was extremely frustrating having spent hours in the store. We all felt extremely defeated and I was told to come back into the store on Tuesday when a manager would be in. And that’s exactly what I did. I got there Tuesday feeling hopeful and excited to get my new phone. Korey was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We went through the same process. Finally got someone on the phone to verify my identity and that’s when I was informed that they actually didn’t have anymore randomized security questions that they could ask me to verify my identity and that I would have to wait an unknown amount of time for those questions to be provided by the government. Unfortunately, I left the store in tears and I decided that I would not be going back because it was too mentally frustrating and it was evident that there are some severe issues going on in certain departments within AT&T, not at the storefront. They have great people working at this specific store and it’s a real shame that these internal departments are effecting their potential sales and commission that these employees work so hard for. Its been a few weeks and I got a new phone, but I’m disappointed that it couldn’t be with AT&T.

I would highly recommend this att store all of the employees at this store are very respectful of me every time I visit their store the management are also very respectful

ATT store in Jackson, Missouri at Walton Drive. Took care of my problem immediately. The knowledgeable rep knew exactly what to do and did ot quickly.

We came in and were greeted quickly. There was a slight wait (see below), but none of that matters because we had an awesome sales rep to help us. Jaime Young was amazing. She was patient, thorough, and knew exactly what we needed to do. Even when we hit some speed bumps, she was steady. We had a great experience because of her!Con: didn't schedule an appointment so we walked in. There can be a wait if you do this depending on the flow of the day. Would highly recommend scheduling an appointment.

I went into the store with several questions and issues that I needed help with. Julius was very friendly and helpful even with tech issues that he didn’t have to help with. He spent a lot of time and effort helping and had a wonderful attitude.
