“My daughter and I recently opened checking accounts at Commerce Bank. I used Banterra Bank for years and felt that they were lacking in customer service as well as not being able to use Venmo or any other money apps. After going to my local Commerce branch in Jackson, I was not at all prepared for the amazing customer service and genuine kindness that all the Commerce staff displayed. This was something I never experienced at Banterra Bank.I also want to give special thanks to Erica. Not only is Erica great at her job, she truly cares about the customer. She was friendly and funny as she walked me through the entire process of my personal loan, explaining everything and giving great advice as well.
