“Figure I'd give these guys a proper rating, since they're the only ones who will give me the quarters I need to do laundry without having an account. Would be 5-stars if their accounts didn't have a monthly fee attached to them.”
“A great bank to get a loan from, not the best bank to set up a checking or savings account with. I've had two loans with FSCB, and my experience was great with them. However, they do tend to charge more fees than some other banks in the area.
5/5 to their lending department, 3/5 for their other personal banking matters.”
“I used to go there but I quit them I asked for another bank card they said no I closed out my account then found another one in chaffee to have now they want me to find anew one to keep they blocked my card they think it was a scam me buying something from e b ay intold them it was me I will find a new bank when I have a vehicle to shop around”

“This branch is fantastic. Night and day difference from the branch in Cape. I called on a Friday at 4:30 and very quickly someone took my call. Not an automated system either. A young employee named Whitney. She was very kind and accommodating. I requested some bank statements I needed printed off. She had them ready and at the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes. That's customer service. Thank you Whitney!”
