Working with Nick was absolutely great! It was so smooth going over everything from car features and test drives to financing and paperwork. Every step was super transparent and he really cares about his customers and the deal they’re getting. Was totally worth the two hour drive to work with him. I recommend Bic Motors. 1st reason the service from the salesman that greeted us was great. They were awesome as far as being honest and helped us in every way. I recommend Bic Motors they will do all they can to have u driving off in a new car even if it's not bradnew u will still love it like it was!!!

They sold my husband a car. Didn't notice the windshield was cracked because it was behind the mirror. Had to replace that before it would even pass inspection.The car then had a misfire in the engine. Had to replace the entire row of coil packs. This was all before the 1st car payment!!!Haven't had the car a year, and now has a blown head gasket! Have only driven the car less than 3000 miles!Nothing but problems from this car! Stay away from their junk!Oh & had to practically beg for the title for 30 days after purchasing from them to get the car licensed. They refused to send the title until we showed proof of an inspection!

Nick is Very Unprofessional. He scheduled an appointment for me to meet him at the dealership, where I was told we would be trading my 2023 Trailblazer for a 2021 Mazda cx9 the dealership had. The morning of that meeting, I called Nick to let him know I was almost there, at which time he informed me, he was Not, and wouldn't be until late that afternoon because he had to deliver a car the night before. His attitude was rude and nasty. When I called abt the car again several days later, I was told to bring the car in so the owner could look at it, and start on the finance papers.When I mentioned it was a straight trade, (one he already agreed upon)he said he had to talk to the owner and would call me back. I never from him again.I sure hope that kid doesn't work on commision.I'm afraid he might starve.

Nick was best 20 year old Liar.. Promise the world and all these Warranties that we bought with the car and none of them cover.Bought a $20,000 car last week we Realized the heater didn't work properly. And let them know 16 hours from the time we drove it off the lot. And they refuse to live up the responsibility of it. Better business bureau has been informed.Please do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

They go above and beyond to make the deal work at all cost! Great people, don’t deal with car lots that beat around the bush, get ahold of nick or Elijah they WILL make sure u are treated good and get u in the car of ur dreams !!????
