No pizza in the warmer on Saturday

You get a four for service tonight because all the lights were off before close and all the cast counted so if I would not have had my card, I would not have been able to make a purchase. I almost drove all the way across town to another gas station because it looked like somebody shut it down early, and the person at the counter made sure that I knew they were about to close and when I mentioned that I almost drove all the way across town because all the lights are off. They did not seem very concerned about it.
When there are a business hours, you keep the lights on and the doors open until close not 10 or 15 minutes before and you certainly don’t make someone feel awkward for coming by whenever you’re still supposed to be open
All that said, I do wanna point out that you have a lot of amazing people working there that are always welcoming and friendly to me. The opportunity I mentioned before it’s just something I would like to see addressed. I used to run a franchise and we sold carry out and delivery pizza. We took orders all the way until close if it was 1159 by God if someone called, we might’ve said oh darn, but we still answered the phone.
That said I’m not gonna order a pizza at 11:59 Somewhere that closes at midnight but a gas station where I just wanna buy a drink and get some smokes after I get done working 10 to 15 minutes before close? That’s an extra that won’t keep Someone there much longer. Business hours should be respected. That’s why Google and the sign says midnight not 1145 or 1148. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the place to appear open and to be greeted without A resentful notion. The gentleman that was working, did not say much, but the look on his face said that he knew I was right And the nights that him and the gentleman with the long hair close and I come in 10 to 15 minutes before close they are welcoming and I feel the same way as I do when I come in at 7 AM. Hats off to them this should be the standard
I also want to give a shout out to all of the management. They are all amazing and work hard to keep things stocked and keep the place clean and they are very cordial and service oriented. Young lady closing the shift last night could definitely learn something from them. I will say one thing, though she remembered what I ordered the last time and that I needed a lighter last time because I said I usually lose them. That was actually very impressive and that coupled with proper closing policies and Giving the customer the same treatment they would get at any other time of day without the obvious resentment would make for a heck of a team member… Maybe even one of the best. Loads of potential there!

Pretty typical Casey’s experience here. Not very clean. Not very friendly. The gentleman working the counter was taking bites of his pizza in between customers. Felt pretty gross.

Stop in alot for a 99 cent 32oz. Workers are nice and laidback. Casey’s app has good deals, I like racking my points up for discounts on gas. Clean restroom, delicious pizza, no complaints.

A snail can move faster than these people. Whole line they didn’t open another register. Sat inside for 15 minutes in line waiting to get gas because Abbey is slow. Slower than people in stl and that’s saying

Lady said they didn't have donuts and to go down the street and we would find a donut shop there. They she told us to leave cause she wanted to go smoke a doob outside. Wish I could make this up but its true.

Don't think that you will be saving any time by buying food here. Stood around for 10min without being acknowledged. At least they sell frozen tv dinners. Avoid at all costs if you only have 30min for lunch.

I was lied to and had my money taken for the night because they accepted my order an hour before the closing time states the kitchen closes and rhen they shut down before time and didn't make me my order. It was a man who did it. Terrible service

I had a long day at the cancer center so I stopped for drinks and the guys working today at 6pm made me smile... Thank you so much Casey's guys, I really needed that!
