Honestly worst experience with this company. Paid way too much for flowers that wasn’t even delivered to correct address or day. The ones I finally did received was wilted… complete waste of 100s of dollars. After numerous attempts to try to explain to them… when I finally did speak to people, they was rude. I never complain about services ever… so for me to say this, is a lot. save your money and go to Knaup in cape. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered and when they were not delivered on the day I selected the response I received was rude and not helpful whatsoever. All I wanted was to cancel my order because it was already going to be a day late, Whitney on the phone was short with me and instead of taking my info for canceling the order she told me it would just have to be late and hung up with nothing more.

I have got a few pieces from them and was always happy but I just ordered the Halloween designers choice premium. It is terrible. No other words can describe it. I know it was designers choice but I thought it would be full. It has huge space between red and yellow flowers with half wilted roses (not Halloween themed except a cheap plastic skull) I called and said I wasn’t satisfied at all and Whitney said there is nothing she can do. She could have the owner (her mom) call me but she will say the same thing. “It’s designer choice and even if it’s over $100 it is up to the designer how it will look” cheap excuse for a cheap arrangement. I will be buying from any other florist in the area.

I ordered the Chocolate Lover's Basket and was so excited that they had a candy basket that I could order and send to my husband for our anniversary and was so happy I could get it delivered the same day. The basket was $50.00 plus I left money for a tip and paid extra for shipping and handling. They called me to inform me that they didn't have all chocolate and would have to do a mixture of snacks. I was ok with that and appreciated them calling to tell me. When I got home to see what it was that was delivered to my husband, I felt horribly ripped off. I shop at the Dollar Tree a lot and noticed that everything in the basket was from the Dollar Tree INCLUDING the bowl that they put everything in. I was horribly disappointed and feel like this could have been less obvious. Even the filler in the bowl was from the Dollar Tree. The basket was cheap looking. NO effort or money was put into it. Lesson Learned. Next time, I'll just go to the Dollar Tree myself and save $75.00.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS AWFUL SHOP - they will rip you off and mess up the date and entire order!! Oh! If I could give zero or negative stars I would!! This place is the most unprofessional florist shop I have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with! I have over 10 years professional experience in the floral business from the wholesale to retail end and I now live overseas and gave an expensive order for a fresh bouquet for a loved one’s 75th birthday .... not ONLY was it delivered a week early (the shop’s ineptitude), it was the wrong color, content, size and of poor quality (roses already blown)!! When I called to talk about it, the person who answered was late (15 min after opening) but finally answered and when I asked her “title” she straight away started yelling over me non-stop! Later, she said she was the owner - time for her to head to the house for retirement. I gave her a chance to make her mistakes right and she blew it in anger and greed!!! The date of a special occasion, the color, the size, the floral content, the quality - ALL of that really matters to not only the customer but also to the recipient! It’s “Floral 101” to get those details correct. It’s her job and she failed.Update : the shop did remake the bouquet - after this review - and delivered it on the proper day .... but the whole experience was stressful and the recipient never did get the impressive floral gift it was supposed to be.

If I could give negative stars, I deff would! This is the most inept floral shop I have ever had to deal with !! The expensive bouquet I ordered was sent with roses already blown in dirty water with brown bits at the bottom of the vase ( which means it wasn't fresh ) and it was delivered A WEEK EARLY, also wrong in size ( 1/2 of what it should have been for the money I paid ), color, content and quality!!! I was a professional florist for 10 years and know exactly what I'm talking about. They knew it was a 75 year old recipient ( happy 75th birthday on card ) and just figured she wouldn't know any better. Once I saw the picture of what was sent, I nearly fainted! This shop totally screwed up a loved one's special birthday and would do absolutely NOTHING to make their mistakes right. In fact, the owner just kept screaming at me on the phone ( I had to call from Japan ) and hung up on me 3 times before I just had to finally hang up on her! Greedy, angry and unprofessional floral shop. Any supermarket floral counter would do better than this shop! Stay away from Dalton!!!

I was in town for my grandma funeral and placed a online order for a plant to be sent ahead of me. Without contacting me, they changed my order and sent something else instead. When I called to ask why my order hadn't been sent, they lady on the phone told me I'd been upgraded and should be grateful. Grateful for what I'll never know, I was too shocked to complain. There are other florists near by choose someone else.

Daltons Florist It's Friday 11th of October 2019 door say's open 8am to 5pm it is 1pm and door's are locked everyone gone WHAT THE HELL I have always bought my flowers from Daltons but here in the last couple years catching anyone their is near impossible.. I want back several times and still door is locked and everyone gone I went to Sweetheart Florist and they were happy to help me with what I needed. They told me YEA we get complaints about them not being open guess they don't feel like working they just go home not a good way to run the place I know I was pissed if your hour's on the door say 8am to 5pm then be their do your job or hire someone that will ....OR close your doors for good.....

I received flower for my anniversary yesterday and Flowers are dead today. I had them for a day called and sent photos to owner. They refused to make it right. Horrible customer service.

Ordered an arrangemant from a flowershop in chaffee for my sisters bday and was very disappointed in what had arrived, however 1800 flowers called this flowershop and they sent the most amazing sunflowers with roses to my sister to replace the other embarrassing arrangemant. Thanks so much for brighting up my sisters day! We recent suffered a family loss and wanted sumthing special sent, my dearly departed favorite flowers sent to her favorite niece! Thanks again for making that happen!! I will defiantly use this flowershop again to send flowers to family🌻🌹
