The manager at this store is terrible. Her employees are like her posse. I do not know how or why she became a manager. They all stand outside smoking alot. That is not a good image for a store. I am a very unhappy customer and plan to not go back there. I think their cooperate needs to pay a visit. Catch them all hanging outside smoking God knows what.

There was two ladies outside besides the business ice machine smoking cigarettes. I don't believe that is very sanitary out side of the ice machine. I will go across street and pay higher price for my ice. As I was leaving the store they were still there and when I needed assistance, I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. Very unprofessional ladies and I didn't appreciate cigarette smoke blowing in my face as I was going out the door to your business. I hate to drive all the way to the main street location, I am disabled person and in a wheelchair. Main street location is awesome, but being in wheelchair is most difficult to navigate into the building. Therefore I go to your location and closer to my home. Thanks for the inconvenience.

I find it really hard to believe that I am the first person to review this store. Of course when it first went it, everything was amazing. The staff, the store, the prices, the selection. It since then it has steadily went down. Now most d times you will find the employees standing or sitting outside smoking, until they absolutely have to go back inside. You can count on at least 3 isles packed full of boxes waiting to be unloaded. The store could use a through wiping down and cleaning. The pictures showing what you have to walk through in the parking lot to go in the store.
