The staff is friendly, but the bank's policies are incredibly frustrating. They charge high annual fees for a checking account. They limit the money you can spend on your checking account in a day to an unreasonably low amount that you can't change. Our cards never work when we try to buy groceries, even though the money is on the account. The app requires a ridiculously long password, then still doesn't let you log in. Unless you plan to visit the bank in person to access your money, I do not recommend banking with FSCB. Our experience has been unreasonably painful.

What a great bank to deal with! I had to wire money from my account with FSCB to another bank to payoff a car loan. Shelby was a great help with that. She definitely went above & beyond when it came to trying to get the lien release from the other bank. She spent an extended amount of time on the phone & sending emails to get the lien release quickly. Thank you Shelby. Your helpfulness & awesome attitude was greatly appreciated!

If I can't call my local bank to discuss issues instead of being transferred to a national number and put on hold for 30 min each time then they don't need my business.Would like to add this issue is with the company itself and not the local bank. They have been great to deal with. There is just no way to contact them directly without going though another branch first.
