Great customer service. Had a last second load of hay and someone ripped the trailer plug off. Got to the store 5 mins before closing bought a plug and he lent me the tools and flashlight to fix it right there in the dark. Past closing time, even sat outside and chatted with me for a bit. Great place.

Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! Always friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Large selection of “ hard to find “ parts. As a local small business owner myself, I prefer to keep my business local to support our community. If you have never visited Fruitland Hardware, you are missing out.

We were headed down to Memphis from WI when my daughter’s car starting leaking transmission fluid. Very grateful we chose the Fruitland exit off I-55 to stop at. We made a quick decision to leave her car in Fruitland to get it looked at and Bo at Fruitland Hardware got us a Uhaul trailer and a recommendation for a transmission place just down the road. Bo and his team are the nicest, most helpful folks to have around when things fall apart. We made it to Memphis and were able to get our daughter moved into her dorm without missing a beat. The world needs more people like Bo and more stores like Fruitland Hardware.

That small town hardware store like you grandpa used to visit kinda atmosphere . Very friendly and knowledgeable staff the pricing is a bit above some but the helpful staff and small town business support is worth the extra cost !

Bought a fitting and they lent me their crimping tool. I'm very grateful to have honest and kind people working at my local store, you could never find that level of service at any large retailer...and they sell crappie jigs so it basically the perfect store, all they lack is a beer cooler
