Wanted to get hair cut (Monday). It says both inline and on their website opens at 10:00. Tried to sign up online. Rather than state the obvious that they are not open, it’s just says that online registration is temporarily unavailable and doing walk ins. So drive over here and find out that despite their website saying they open at 10:00, and despite their google listing saying they are open and close at 6:00, get here and sign in door says closed on Monday. With this level of organization it’s no wonder they can’t keep staff and have to close locations!

Would never recommend the Jackson salon to anyone! We drove from Marble Hill because the website stated they were open till 6 and when we arrived at 1:15 they were closed. Highly disappointed and very unprofessional of a business! Change your website and storefront hours on your door if you can't keep the doors open to customers 😡

Got a haircut yesterday and it was not good. My bangs are so short there is no way to style them. Won't be coming back again and I have been going there for 2 years. It is always hit or miss.

We bought one of those cards that say $13.99 for a haircut if you buy the card. We were charged for two of these cards and told all the money would be on one card. When we came yesterday for haircuts the card had only $15 on it and she wanted us to pay the difference for the $18 haircut which obviously means the cards are being falsely advertised as a way to get a discount haircut and they are flat out lying because where is the other money they claimed to put on the card for me and why did I still have to pay the full amount of the haircut if I had bought a card that implied a discount if bought. I’d love a chance to speak with someone in corporate about this as the same woman who sold us the card was the same one that we also dealt with yesterday. This has to be a form of theft as where did the remaining money we gave her go?

I needed a quick touch up side and back shave. I have long, thick hair that was up tight and braided. Shelby Salon#5308 cut about 1 inch into what was clearly not to be cut. Did not say a word. I realized it when I took my hair down and .... hence the photo.Worst ever. After brushing, probably lost 3 times that in the photo. 1 star because can't leave negative 2. The least she could have done is apologized and said something. 5 minute hair cut. Worst ever!Service: Haircut
