DO NOT RECOMMEND. There have been issues after issues. We bought a new pool with a saltwater system. The workers are not trained on setting up saltwater equipment or the lights that came with the pool. We contacted them about the saltwater cell not working, but they never replaced it. The liner is not level. There are so many more issues than just these few. They refused to help. We contacted them several times with no response. I sent one last email for help. Misty C contacted me after weeks of trying. She said they would come out to look and replace the saltwater cell. They never came back out.

We bought our hot tub from Kastens almost 6 years ago…best dollars ever spent! Kastens’ customer service has always been top notch & today’s service call was no different! Gary was prompt & so very helpful! Highly recommend
them!

Thank you Kasten of Jackson MO. for the help with our hot tub pump. Corey was here bright and early this morning to install. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and a prince to work with. He had the pump replaced, tub filled and checked for proper working and heating. He was very professional, curious, respectful. As a person who has worked Customer Service for many years, Kastens and Corey are a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience as always.
