8 don't know how many employees they have or if he's the owner but very nice guy even when he gets woke up to come tow someone at 3:30am. He was there very quickly and even tho he had plans that morning to go out of town he didn't rush the job I would definitely recommend their service.

Needed a tow, after midnight, on a Saturday.. He was out there fast, very polite and did not leave me broke with sky high pricing.. Will use every and any time I am in need of and towing services.

He quoted me 59$ cheaper, he was the only person to answer the phone out of 5 other companies I called, he was by far the most professional sounding over the phone. The driver arrived quickly and right at the time he said he would be there, and their trucks are very clean and well maintained which gives me peice of mind that my vehicle will arrive to its destination without any problems.

Horrible experience and awful customer service. Needed my car towed, so I called this place since it was nearby where I was stranded. When the guy answered, l got a “hello..?” And I was questioning whether or not I had even called a business. So I asked if it was a towing company and they said “yeah” and that was it. I said “ok well how much would you charge to tow my car from Point A to Point B” and he sat there silently for a minute and asked me to repeat myself at least 3 times, with multiple quiet, awkward pauses. Finally he understood what I was asking (a simple question, really) and he was very rude about the answer he gave me. He said I had an “odd request” which is VERY unprofessional considering you are a towing company, I don’t see how it’s “odd” that I asked you to tow my car somewhere. “Just telling the honest truth ma’am” is what I got back as a response.Overall a very weird and undesirable phone experience. I definitely do not recommend calling this place to have your car towed, because they’ll probably treat you like an oddball. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

N&S Towing and Andy were very helpful with a tow service!! Andy went above and beyond by unloading my car in a convenient place to be worked on. He was extremely pleasant and friendly!!!

My car broke down on the side of the interstate 20 miles from home late at night and Andy came to the rescue! He was polite, helpful and prompt as well as keeping me informed on my wait time and verify my location and that I was safe. I highly recommend him and will use his service again in the future should the need arise! Thanks Andy!

Andy came and towed our van without me even having to be there. He was very helpful and polite as well as personable. He quoted me $25 cheaper than his competitors and was able to get there faster. I will not use any other towing service than N and S Towing from now on :)

Locked the keys in the van at Casey's gas station. Called them up and the tech was there in less than 15 minutes. My dog was in the van so it was super important to unlock the van ASAP! He only took cash because it is the weekend but that's fine considering the price and the short wait time! Thank you!
