I LOVE Rhodes and always use the app its my ride or die, but today I had the craziest experience. I ordered a drink with little ice and I take it now i’m at my work for my shift and I see they didnt fill it all the way.

I have been coming to this Rhodes for at least 5 years and this morning I decided for my safety I will never be back. I usually come later in the morning but today I came in at 4:30am and a man with longer blonde hair came to the counter. I asked very politely if he could make me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and he yells “that was what I was doing” and then punched the food counter with extreme force. I stood in the store for a moment before I walked out and eventually came back when another employee was present. I could barely tell the other employee what happened as I was shaken having been a small woman in a store alone with an aggressive man. It was definitely a personal trigger and I’ve been crying since 4:30 am. I didn’t get the chance to see his name tag but he had long dirty blonde hair and a short beard. Women, avoid this man at all cost. Do not entire the store during his shift!

Friday September 8th 7:50. There was a gentleman working tonight who had very poor customer service at least for me. He scanned my ID and said it didn’t work yet I get scanned at another place and it went through. I do not recommend him for anyone. 1/10 experience today.
