Ruppel Auto Service is a second generation family-owned auto shop, family owned and operated since 1955. It is a AAA Approved Auto Repair Service Center, a NAPA Auto Care Center, and an A/C Delco Total Service Support shop, highly recommended by AAA. The shop provides great service, great customer service, and real good service with really friendly and pleasant employees. They are helpful, honest, and do hard work. The mechanics are top notch, providing great and effective repair and service with excellent communication. They do a real good job keeping vehicles running and stand behind their work. Repairs are done very quickly, often able to sneak customers in so they do not have to wait a long time. They offer fair prices and do not overcharge. While parts are not cheap, they are cheaper than a new vehicle. Many customers recommend Ruppel Auto Service, have used them many times, and will go to them for auto repairs from now on.

I had a broken strut, but it wasn't visible. 3 places including the dealership missed it and changed other things and charged us. Ruppel found the strut. They usually don't break so these other places didn't even check it.
