Hours: Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary is a no-kill shelter and an awesome animal sanctuary. The staff and volunteers are very friendly, nice, welcoming, and great. They have a true passion for animals and really care for them. They love each and every one of those animals, who all have names. They are equally loving to healthy animals as they are to the sick and more challenging ones who require extra care and treatment. They survive on the generosity of donors but have a limited budget. They could greatly benefit from a new shelter, as they are making due with their current location. They are limited with the number of animals they can take in due to space and needed repairs. The sanctuary has plenty of animals, including cats and dogs available for adoption to give them a second chance. They definitely do the best that they can and appreciate any help. Support is welcomed through donations, volunteering time, or visiting their thrift store. They are highly recommended.
