Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal the other day. My large shake was half melted by time they brought the food out to me. Ok, well I didn't complain about that. I head home and I realize I didn't have all my chicken tenders. I have 2 small children and didn't want to have to go all the way back across town. So I call and let them know my order was messed up. The guy (I'm assuming some sort of manager) says on the phone they will replace my order. I go back today. And they girl is ringing it up. All of a sudden the guy gets on the speaker and is like "yeah, I'm not replacing all that.", in a very snobby tone. I pull around and the girl hands me a bag with just a few tenders in it and nothing else. I'm not even mad about the damn food, I couldn't care less at this point. What made me mad was, that I was told my meal would be replaced, and then when I ask for it the guy changes his mind, and then just the rudeness in his voice. I was already having a bad day, and then to be treated like that, just upset me even more. So sick of this Sonic, they just have bad service in general. Always forgetting your food, half melted ice cream, they never put fruit in the drinks when it's supposed to have it. And they take forever to bring your order. And for what? The prices of their food is already ridiculous. They need to train their employees better. And learn out to treat people with respect. I will not be returning to Jackson Sonic ever again. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I was pleasantly unimpressed with my visit to the jackson mo Sonic today. I paid for 5 ranches and when I called to get my 4 they said no can do. Will not be visiting this Sonic location ever again.

One of the last times I was here I ordered a tea and asked for the ice separately/on the side. (I have sensitive teeth) When the girl brought it out, she seemed to get confused and said I now needed to pay extra for the ice. Uhhh, what?? Did I not pay for ice with the drink I just bought?? So she went inside to ask a manager. Honestly I should've just driven off then. But being a nice person, I didn't. When she came back out she insisted I pay extra for the ice as it was not inside my drink. The absolute nerve!!! Since I wasn't going to pay extra for ice that SHOULD COME INCLUDED WITH MY DRINK, she insisted on taking the ice back from me so she could dump it!!! What appalling customer treatment! From now on if at all possible, I'll order from Cape. They're not douchebags.
