Package drop-offs are typically quick, taking just minutes, and the premises are well-organized and tidy. However, some reviews highlight areas for improvement. Customers express concerns about delivery practices, particularly regarding mail placement in mailboxes and package handling. Issues like packages being jammed into small mailboxes or left in unprotected areas have caused frustration. Some customers feel that their requests for specific delivery instructions are not always followed, leading to concerns about damage and security. Despite these concerns, many customers acknowledge the important role USPS plays in daily mail delivery and express gratitude for the service provided. Overall, while there are some challenges, USPS continues to strive for excellence in meeting customer needs.
