They even sent us a card with handwritten messages from all staff members and doctors when our sweet boy passed away even though they didn't handle his end of life care (we had to call the emergency vet overnight, so they took care of everything). I trust the doctors and staff here with all of my babies, and I know they are receiving the best care possible every time they go.”

“i LOVE tilsit! they have always taken such good care of all 3 of my kitties. very affordable! about 2 years ago i had my kitty spayed and she kept getting out of her collar and messing w her incision, it was a kinda red and i just wanted to make sure it was okay. i called and they had me come in BEFORE they even opened for the day! They checked her out, and gave her a steriod shot for ths itching, i went up to pay and they didnt even charge me! i will only ever take my babies here!”

He is indeed available 24 hours, but he specializes in equine animals so he wasn't able to see my very sick dog. However he did give me the number for the local vet clinic that was available after hours. Where I was able to take my dog and get him back on the road to recovery.”
