Went to look at a car that was there for 6 months, took a look at the car and it had a little more then wear and tear since a button for back reclined seats was missing and a 2 in cut in the second row head rest in the side besides some other stuff. Anyways I had views a few cars days and the week prior and planned to return and purchase the same vehicle but a yr older at another dealership that had slightly less miles and wasn't ran for fun how most dealerships do trade in cars. This vehicle was roughly 1k more but is 50mins from where I live vs the other car that was 3 1/2 hours away. I thought with the weather the condition not being as well kept and more miles given the weather snow, cold, and rain it would be worth seeing if I could have the vehicle matched or even a better offer and I would make a purchase. The car sales rep tried to find the manage and see what could be done. Fast forward to him finding the sales manager, I remember sitting at the table we were actively waiting and the manager was in the center of the show room just standing there acting as if we needed wave him over when he was informed we wanted to speak with him. He sits we talk (I think his name is Jonathan), he ask information about the other car I was looking at and ask ME information about the car in their dealership that they should have knowledge about NOT MYSELF. He proceeded to want to push me to trying to refinance with one of there in network lenders I'm sure to get kick back. I told him that was all I needed to hear and got up and left. The next day I went back to the other car dealership to purchase the car. I'd never go there for a car, the saleman was good but just imagining having a manager screw up a sale because he doesn't wanna match or come down on a car that's been on the lot for 6 months.

Made an appointment two weeks out. Bring it in to get looked at and sat in the same spot for 4 days. Why make an appointment if you aren’t going to look at it? Called twice and they always say they’re going to look at it the next day. Mike sucks at his job no doubt.

Rikki was phenomenal! I hate salespeople but she ain't one of them! You can have a lovely conversation with her while still getting work done. Cannot say enough good things about Rikki! I don't want to step on the other sales staff toes, but ask for her if you can.I have bought cars from dealers 3 times in my life and this was probably the easiest with the least amount of hoops I have ever had to jump through. When you talk to them they LISTEN!The only downside of buying the car was that the interior was still filthy even after it had been detailed. I detail vehicles as a side hustle and this car was treated to a quick vacuum and overspray mess. Detail oils all over the windows, and a booger on the back passenger door. In the picture below this is what I wiped up out of the driver seat cracks. ICKY!Other than the left over dirt I was very happy with how everything went. This place is the worst, slowest, most unfriendly bunch of people! I don't even know why they make appointments or give you a time to pick up your car. They have never ever been on time. Ever. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Run away, just run away.... This was vehicle no. 2 which means I'm a dope. Learn from my mistakes, I like Craig, but he's NOT enough. I purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 which was a lemon, which I traded in for an Edge and I bought this 17 Mercedes. It had a giant crack in Windshield, which they fixed, but not before I demanded it be done before I purchased. Been waiting over a month for a check for taxes, just found out they didn't even turn DO THE PAPERWORK. yet and must wait even longer. Don't buy, don't trust, just go to another dealer. Believe me....

Terrible, horrible.... Don't make my mistake and I bought two, which makes me a dope. Purchased a 17 Mercedes, was expecting a check 33 days ago for taxes and fee's. just learned they didn't even send in paperwork yet and YET, the finance company did pay them?? I am now stuck with extra fees at DMV and they owe me an extra $150 that was promised for oil change. Dishonest doesn't cover it, maybe incompetent, just not sure....

Great service! They got my Ford Raptor in quickly (way before others could) and service advisor Trenton Riggs kept me updated on what the issue was and what the fix was. Fixed in one day! They have my service from now on!

My experience with Wood Motor Ford was great. My salesperson, CT Anderson, was very attentive to my wants in the vehicle I was looking for. He went above and beyond to find and secure the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted. I was very pleased with the efforts he put into securing the payment that I was comfortable with as well. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. The entire process was smooth and easy.

I found the car I wanted on their website, Contacted Chris Barnes and within a half hour he had me approved and ready to go. When I got to the lot I test drove the car, They had all my paperwork ready when I got back with a better price than we originally discussed. Signed the papers and was in and out within an hour. Definitely the place to go for a no hassle car purchase! I will recommend them to anybody looking for a car.

We had an amazing service experience with Woods motors. We had our Explorer down the road at another Ford dealership, several times and they never worked hard enough to fix it. WOODS had it and found the problem, got the parts and fixed first time. Will definitely be back and when it’s time for our next vehicle purchase, we will go to Woods Motor Ford in Jane, MO.Trenton RIgg’s to the best care of us. If you need Ford work done see Trenton!

my low mileage Jeep has been in and out of the shop there for several days. They promised they did not hear and fixed the loud rattle underneath the drivers side. picked it up today and it is still not fixed!!! I am so frustrated,not sure what else to do except go to an individual mechanic but the car is still under warranty!!!!

These guys were awesome! Their service department resolved a long ongoing fix another dealership could not fix and had told me it was a Ford issue. I brought the truck to Woods and they fixed the issue within 24 hours. Great service. Highly recommend.

Dwayne is the go to guy if you’re looking into a new vehicle! Just traded mine and he made it such a breeze! Polite, cheerful, over the top customer service! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
