Jamie Bailey is the BEST post office personnel in all of my 70 years of life! She's awesome, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help with the packing of my stuff to mail!! SHE does the packing with great care, AND, I used to frequent several postal offices, but now prefer JASPER, MISSOURI ONLY due to Jamie Bailey! THANKS AGAIN JAMIE FOR HELPING ME TODAY WITH 1950S FARM RECORD BOOKS/MATERIALS FOR MY CALIFORNIA FAMILY MEMBERS! YOU'RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER! I want to say that Jaime (Jasper, MO Post Office) is the BEST! She knows all of her customers by name and is willing to go above and beyond to help the citizens of Jasper with our mail service. Hire more like her and the postal system will have a 5 star rating.

The customer service at this PO location with Jamie is AMAZING! Always greeted with a smile and a hello! I go out of my way to use this location and try to avoid it when Jamie is not working lol!

We recently started a new business and the postmaster at Jasper has been tremendous help. She is able to answer all of our questions. She is kind and courteous. Her customer service is superb. We highly recommend coming to Jasper post office to do your postal business.

Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about postal regulations. She puts her customers first. Her customer service is above and beyond ANY POST OFFICE IN THE AREA. She is outstanding and a true asset to the United States Postal Service.

Is it wrong to be in love with a post office? Probably, but they're wonderful anyway. Very rarely lines, super helpful and kind staff, I can't say enough good things about this post office. I wish the hours were longer, but that's out of their control. So thankful for this small town PO!
