Today my experience at the only Aldi store I jefferson city mo was fine until I asked a associate how do you enter a qty. I had 2 cases of vegetables. And I wanted to know how to put in a quantity instead of scanning. Twelve cans of green beans and twelve cans of peas. When the associates came over to me and I asked her that question of how to enter a quantity. She snatched the can of green beans out of my hand and turned the key on the register and enter the quantity so quickly that I didn't have a chance to tell her that I had already scanned. One can of green beans. And I said I already scanned one can.. She said to me. I can see that you don't have to tell me that it's on the screen I see it.I just simply handed her one can of peas and said I have 12 of these. And she said, you don't have to tell me that you have 12 cans of peas. I can see that you have 12 cans of I peas. I work here. And she was being disrespectful to me like i was bothering her. I have worked in customer service since I was 18 years old. If I was her boss, and her boss is name happens to be Courtney, I would fire her on the spot.. If I go back into that store and she's there. I will confront her.. Courtney the manager was not on duty at the time but I went back into the store and talked to a guy in charge . that said he was the manager on duty. I did not tell him about the incident.. This upset me greatly. I don't appreciate being talked to like that. I am 54 years old, and she's probably 18. So she needs to tone it down say yes, ma'am, thank you. And Have a nice day instead of being snippy and unprofessional you, better get it fixed.This happened on Sunday October 8 around 2pm.

My friend had to use the bathroom, and when he sat down there wasn't ANY toilet paper WHATSOEVER in the bathroom!! Mind you, there are TWO toilet paper holders that hold the GIANT rolls of toilet paper... So... That makes me wonder, when is the last time they even CHECKED the toilet paper?? My friend had to get up, get PAPER TOWELS, wipe his rear end, and throw it in the garbage can. Let me ask you, Aldi employees, wouldn't you feel nasty and degraded after that?? We will NEVER, EVER, return to this store!!Plus, the store was kind of dirty and stocking left much to be desired!!Needless to say, I have never been this disgusted when leaving ANY store!!!!

We love Aldi for its great prices. Their German product Deutsche Kueche we like because no other place handles German food. We love their German candy bars. The bread prices are quite reasonable. We like the Friendly Farms dairy products. We save a lot of money shopping there.

Good prices and a quality store brand. No self check out in this Columbia store (thank God) but only one register open. Long line but at least he was very quick.
