“These units are very reasonably priced, they are very safe and easy to access. The owner is super nice and you may ask to speak with him directly because he will work with you and try to help address your concerns. They too, make the payment process, pretty simple.”

“I lived there for one year and loved it. I felt right at home the first night, didn't feel I was in a strange new place.. Very reasonable rent. I almost never had to turn my heat on because it stayed warm even on really cold days and I was on the bottom floor. They let you know when they will do pest control or have to come into your apartment. There are no surprises visits. My neighbors were quiet. I loved that they have a swimming pool. I would rent from them again.”
