“I lived at Cherry Creek for 2 years in their townhouses and had the best experience. The management team is fast at getting back to you with any concerns. There is an app for paying rent and any maintenance requests, they would have anything I asked for done within 6-12 hours, very impressive. The value is wonderful for all the amenities ( beautiful year round pool that is enclosed and heated in winter, gym and communal clubhouse for events you can reserve). The town house was spacious, updated and so confortable to live in. The place is insulated very well as we never heard neighbors or noise from outside. The utility bills were pretty love considering the size as well so it's clearly built well Insultation and efficient windows wise. The outside deck has a separate storage closet that was amazing if your an outdoors type person to store that's kind of stuff. Overall I can't recommended this place enough. If I had to go back to renting it would be my first choice. I truly don't think there is a better place to live in Jeff city. While it's not the cheapest place to live, the value, amenities, and quality makes it more than reasonable. If you are considering this place to live, you will not regret it, I knew I made the right choice and would go back in heartbeat if I rented again!”

“Rent is affordable, they try to keep it maintained and clean, usually a quiet area. Does need better onsite security since the sketchy crowd from the public housing behind it roam parking lot and buildings late at night looking for stuff to steal an break into cars.”

Mr. Zhang is great about getting to repair needs. He's also great about making sure the building is sprayed for bugs and such. It's refreshing to see that they care about their building(s) and tenants.”
