Rooms had some mold and missing thermostat moved to another room. Service was nice at front desk. Location was good. The rooms are good sized with working appliances except for thermostat.

IHG has another hotel in town, I would recommend staying there unless you are traveling with a pet then I would stay here. Very pet friendly here.

I've stayed there 2 times now. 1 week each time. I've been upgraded to the larger room with separate bedroom both times. Overall the place is okay. You can tell the rooms are older with a nice face lift.Room 101 had a dusty smell and the thermostat didn't turn off the AC.Room 202 had a noisy fan in the bedroom that kept me up. The ice maker was frozen over. The door lock was also hard to open. I had to put a shoulder into the door, after swiping my card, every time.Maintenance in general could use some work but the price is competitive. I'd go back.

I'm a little late reviewing. I had an accident with a fire at my house and was displaced for about 4 weeks while they fixed up my house. I stayed here during those 4 weeks and it was a really pleasant stay. They also allow pets! The ladies were generous and kind and got to know their customers. Thanks for having me! If I ever need a place in Jefferson City to sleep for the night I'll come back!Rooms: Clean!Walkability: Great location. If you are planning on staying awhile, you can walk to Hyvee and the mall in less than 5 minutes.

The rooms have a ton of room and are very well kept. The entire g hotel seems very well kept honestly.There's a ton of restaurants and even a mall less than 8 minutes away. I'm pretty sure you could just walk to Kroger's if you wanted to.Decent parking.Friendly staff.

Point positif : bel hôtel, situé au calme et prestations de qualité : un petit appartement avec cuisine très bien équipée et beaucoup de place. Malheureusement, l'accueil fut glacial. Le lit était ridiculement petit pour deux personnes, la cuvette des WC était cassée. Impossible d'accéder à l'internet ; à la réception on vous demande votre adresse IP avant de vous donner le numéro de la hotline à joindre ... vous même. Dommage.

Very nice and cozy rooms. Full fridge and microwave. There is a half stove and dishwasher. Room was clean and ready on early arrival. Great location around stores and restaurants. Front staff was very friendly.

Room was clean. TV didn't work as intended, can't cast to it from phone as advertised. Tried to charge me for Internet I didn't use, as no wifi connection anyway, even after talking to tech support. Toilet didn't flush properly. Located close to office we were visiting.

My spouse and I stayed here over the weekend for our anniversary. We had gotten there a little early by accident, and our room wasn't finished yet (which is completely understandable). We had originally booked for a room with a king bed, but the lady asked if we would want one with a queen since those were already clean, which we said yes.We talked about that we were there for our anniversary and the lady at the desk was so sweet that she upgraded us to a queen suite, and even dropped our rate a little bit because we were two dollars short and would have had to split the bill into two different pay methods.The room was amazing and so spacious. The staff were also super helpful and really kind whenever we needed help or had any questions. I think if I had to complain about anything, the bed was a little too firm for my taste. But thats really on a matter of taste for people.We will definitely be coming back to this place next time we're in Jefferson City.

Pretty close to the state highway. I picked it due to the price that's cheaper than the Holiday Inn in town. Less centrally located bit only 6 miles from the Holiday Inn.You can buy a TV dinner and other food items at the pantry next to the front desk.Since it's a "suites" there is no restaurant or breakfast buffet that you might find at a Holiday Inn.Rooms: Nice new rooms

Checking out today, stay her at least 1-2 times per month in general. I sleep great-good beds and wonderful pillows! Love the full kitchen. Staff go above & beyond to provide a positive experience!

The coffee maker had not been cleaned it had burned coffee stains in it and the outside of it was dirty too. Kitchen counter top and several pieces of dishware and glasses were dirty too. Washed one of glasses and coffee pot and wiped counter top from crumbs. When I spoke to manager and showed her pictures she was apologetic and offered member points, but then did not follow through. I stayed at this hotel in 2021 it wasn't the best but it was comfortable and I was going to make this my go-to spot whenever I was in the Jefferson area. I came again this year 2022 we had group reservations my room was okay however two other people in my party room was very disgusting one of the rooms had Crumbs from a previous occupant and both of the other rooms had a bad problem with roaches all in the bathroom sleeping area and in the kitchen area this time around the hotel was very dirty very little cleaning was done if I could just Summit down to what possibly was done new garbage bags were put in and that's about it. Covid has opened the window for people at work to just bum around half do their job but get paid still the same I was very turned off by the cleaning crew in the hallways on their phones and gossiping if the rooms had been clean it maybe wouldn't have bothered me so much but if they focused on cleaning those rooms instead of riding the clock they wouldn't have such a bad roach problem. If I may say so this is the one thing that really pissed me off I was coming back for the day and the guy at the front desk asked how many people was in my party and gave us complimentary snacks which was a bag of popcorn when I got back to my room I looked at the date and it was a year old that's when I realize I will never return to this slum of a hotel again.If you are a person who love the movie Joe's Apartment this hotel is for you and if you're single and feeling lonely don't worry you won't be the only one in the rooms!

An awesome stay for a week. The entire staff was great, the rooms immaculately clean, everything in the room worked, great selections in the pantry, the Wi-Fi never dropped and ample parking. Nothing else left to say.
